EDIT: Customer service contacted me and replaced this vacuum with the 300 II model. The difference is night and day. I can't say enough about this vacuum! It runs for close to two hours and the pool is absolutely spotless from end to end. I am in awe that such a small machine can do such a fantastic job. If you are looking for a pool vacuum that is super easy to use and super easy to clean, then look no more. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, Wybot. Your customer service is above and beyond. We had high hopes for this little vacuum but we got what we paid for. We have a small pool that's only 5 ft deep at the deepest end. Vacuum ran for about 5 minutes and then was completely dead. We tried it on a full charge 4 times and it was the same every time. Has very little power. Spend a little more and get something that actually gets the job done because this definitely isn't it.

After reading every single review I could find on this product I decided to purchase it and take a chance. After putting it in the pool for the first time I noticed how fast this thing scooted across the bottom of the pool. It travels way too fast to do any good. The speed at which this vacuum travels stirs up all of the sediment, small leaves on the bottom of the pool. The amount of sediment that it picks up is about what would fill a tablespoon. I have a 15x42 above ground pool. For me this particular pool vac is completely worthless. I really wish I could return it but it's gone past the 30 days. Money wasted. Lesson learned. Really wish I could return it

I was so excited to get this. It is such a great idea! Rumba for the pool. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to push the on button, located on the underside, without lifting out of the water. When I could get it going it did a pretty good job of vacuuming up the smaller debris at the bottom of the pool. But it could not climb back up into the shallow area of the pool once it had drifted to the deeper end. The battery only lasted for an hour, which wasn’t a deal breaker but it would have been nice if it the charge did last longer. I returned because it was more work than I had time to commit

This works great. Cleans really well. Easy to empty. Easy and quick to charge. I don't even have the ideal pool shape for this vacuum and it still works great (we have a lot of curved edges and a steep incline). I wasn't sure if it work alright but I thought if the incline was too steep I could just brush the debris down to the deep end. I don't need to do that. I goes up and down no problem. I would definitely buy again and I highly recommend it. Great price too!

So I received the pool cleaner let it charge for approximately 4-5 hrs til the light turned green took it out the battery only lasted about 20 min. Emailed customer support 3 days later they answered me ask for a video and pictures of it charging and and it in pool doing its thing. They Emailed me back days later and said I think it needs a new motor. We will ship you one out give us your address I asked for a new one or an upgraded one because I shouldn’t be the one to operate on it to put in a new motor. Never heard from them again. So I returned it!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!! YOU BEEN WARNED!!!

The cleaner seems to do a fairly good job of cleaning but it seems to move so quickly across the pool bottom that it misses some of the debree or pushes it aside so it can't pick it up. Does not pick up dirt at the step bottoms at all, need to brush it toward the center of the pool before you start it going.

If this lasted another 30 minutes it would be perfect. I bought this brand and another brand to see which I liked better. I’ve had this one about 3 weeks and run it daily. Works really good. It’s a great bang for your buck. The other one I bought was a little bit more expensive and I’ve already sent it back for A replacement. I have a 27 foot pool and I have to run it 2 times a day. I switch between the two brands I have. I would prefer this model over the other.
