  • IF there were 6 stars to give, I'd give it!
Color: Jet Black with Green handle
This robotic pool cleaner is one of the coolest pool gadgets I've ever owned! I absolutely love having a pool, but brushing it is definitely not my favorite chore. Technically, you can get away with brushing once a week, but if you want your pool to stay truly sparkling clean, it really should be done more often. Between a full-time job and a couple of kids, free time is limited, and I'd much rather spend it swimming than scrubbing the pool. The cleaner comes with an app that was quick and easy to connect to. The app offers several cleaning programs, and you can customize the cleaning cycle by selecting options such as floor only, walls and floor, waterline cleaning, and more. In Advanced Mode You can even choose the cleaning pattern the robot follows. When mine arrived, it was about half charged, so it reached a full charge fairly quickly. Even when the battery is completely depleted, charging doesn't take very long. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to select your cleaning program before placing the robot in the water because the Bluetooth connection is lost once it's submerged, which is understandable. I typically use the full-pool cleaning program. The robot starts by cleaning the walls and then moves on to the floor. The cycle runs for a little over two hours, and I usually set an alarm on my phone so I remember to retrieve it when it's finished. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the robot conveniently parks itself near the pool wall for easy removal. The package includes a retrieval hook that attaches to your pool pole, although you'll need to provide your own pole. Pulling the robot out of the water isn't difficult. The unit isn't particularly heavy, and of course it feels even lighter while submerged. Once you've pulled it close enough to the surface with the hook, you can simply grab the handle and lift it out of the pool. Cleaning the robot afterward is incredibly simple. A small button releases the lid, giving access to the debris basket inside. Just remove the basket, take off the cover, and rinse everything with a hose. The entire cleaning process only takes a few minutes, and once the basket is rinsed out, it's ready to be reassembled and charged for the next use. What impressed me most was the cleaning performance. I had several stains on the pool surface that I honestly thought would be there forever. I was wrong. This robot removed them as if they had never existed. Even more impressive, it cleaned scale buildup from the waterline almost completely. That's right—it is actually removing the white mineral deposits along the waterline! It is still visible, but about 80% less than before I got this little guy! If you own a pool, you know how difficult and time-consuming that can be to clean that. This robot has definitely exceeded my expectations! It saves me precious time, I can spend relaxing, while it keeps the pool looking fantastic If you own a pool and don't have one of these Wybot robotic cleaners yet you need to get one today! ... show more

  • Excellent Full-Pool Cleaning with Great Dual Filters, but Watch the Waterline Battery Drain Excellent Full-Pool Cleaning with Great Dual Filters, but Watch the Waterline Battery Drain
Color: Jet Black with Green handle
Automating pool maintenance is essential when dealing with fine dust and daily organic debris, and this cordless robotic vacuum provides a highly effective, independent solution for whole-pool cleaning. Moving away from manual brushing and suction-side hoses to a fully autonomous, app-scheduled unit reveals that this cleaner is a powerful tool for floor-to-wall debris extraction, supported by a very clever multi-stage filtration design. Initial App Configuration and Cleaning Modes: Seamless Network Provisioning: Setting up the smart companion application was fast and entirely intuitive. The initial Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi sync completed smoothly on the first attempt, allowing immediate access to the path-planning options and customizable cleaning cycles without connection dropouts. Turbo Mode Filter Constraint: The vacuum features a dual-layer filtration setup, including a standard debris basket and a separate ultra-fine pleat filter. It is important to note a structural software constraint: the ultra-fine filter layer is mechanically optimized for the "Turbo Floor" mode only. When running a standard full clean, it utilizes the primary screen basket, which still catches a massive volume of sand and leaf debris. Cleaning Performance and Surface Coverage: Thorough Floor and Wall Extraction: On standard in-ground surfaces, the vacuum delivers exceptional results. Running a full clean cycle completely clears out floor sediment, fine silt, and organic debris from the bottom and along curved transitions. The dual active scrubbing brushes maintain excellent traction, lifting stubborn dirt before the heavy suction draws it into the collection chamber. Waterline Navigation and Battery Behavior: While the wall-climbing capability is reliable, the navigation algorithm spends a concerning amount of physical effort working along the waterline. The unit climbs aggressively to the tiles, but it purges water and scrubs the top boundary with an intensity that drains the battery faster than expected. It keeps the tile line clean, but the extended energy expenditure at the surface limits the ultimate runtime of the cycle. Hardware Maintenance and Filter Cleaning: Tool-Free Basket Access: Cleaning out the internal collection system after a cycle is a quick, mess-free process. The top hatch opens easily to expose the solid-walled filter basket. Pulling the basket out and rinsing the collected debris away with a standard garden hose takes less than two minutes. The screens hold their tension perfectly, preventing fine grit from escaping back into the water during extraction. Pros: Mobile app pairs instantly and makes scheduling different paths straightforward. Exceptional suction power and active scrubbing along flat floors and transitions. Dual-filtration options handle everything from large leaves to fine sand grit. Easy-to-rinse top-access basket simplifies post-cleaning maintenance. Cons: Waterline cleaning routine is highly aggressive, consuming a significant portion of the battery life to maintain the tile line. Ultra-fine micron filtration layer is restricted by the software to specific floor-only modes. Bottom Line: This cordless pool vacuum offers an excellent, heavy-duty alternative to lighter skimming devices or cumbersome corded cleaners. It delivers true whole-pool coverage and excellent debris retention, making it a highly reliable maintenance asset for keeping inground pools swim-ready as long as you plan your cycles around the waterline power drain. ... show more

  • Upgraded model. Climbs walls. Better suction and filters. Works with Bluetooth app. Upgraded model. Climbs walls. Better suction and filters. Works with Bluetooth app.
I have owned the orginal wybot vacuum for 3 years now. It still works and gets about 2 hours of runtime. The only issue I've experienced is that the wheels are made of somekind of plastic so it doesn't grip the pool floor as well when climbing up an slight incline in the middle of our pool. It still picks up leaves, debris and smaller particulates. But lately I've been seeing this green film on the bottom of the pool no matter how long I run the main pool filter for or use this vacuum or a hand held. This new improved Wybot with rubber treads and improved filtration system and it's ability to climb walls was the solution to my problem. First this thing is built like a tank and weighs very heavy. There's a nice built in handle in the back. The ac adapter plug is safely coverd by a screw on cap. The power button is covered and sealed by rubber. The power/charging/status light is big and bright and I can easily see it through the water. Assembling it was minimal. You have to insert a flat filter piece. There's instructions to install 2 foam piece by an adhesive backing inside the filter compartment to close the 2 openings to collect more finer particulates. I found the foam pieces too thick for the main filter tray to install. I removed the foam piece and coverd with holes with the 2 white veclro strips that came with it factory installed. There's also a black foam piece you have to install inside the filter compartment. That took a little bit to figure out. There is an app to download to connect to the vacuum via bluetooth. It's works on my android tablet. You have to add your vacuum to the app to change the settings like clean cycle, cleaning pattern. The drop down menu for the TYPE OF POOL you have keeps showing up emtpy on my app. My pool is an odd shape with rounded corners. The shallow end of the pool has short walls while the deep end has taller walls. I used the cleaning the floor and the walls setting first to see how it did. It had issues. Spend more time figuring out what to do after trying to climb the walls and sink back down to the floor. I tested it again with it set to cleaning just the pool floor and it did a better job. The filter container was full of debris, leaves and particulates. But when I removed the filter container, I saw the green algae particulate collected at the bottom of the filter floor in the vacuum where I had sealed the 2 vents with the velcro strips. This worked. The green film isn't a problem anymore. This is a great pool vaccum and with the right setting it should solve all of your cleaning issues. I don't have to spend hours everyweek fight green film off the floor. This vacuum will easily pay for itself in a few months. This is a great product. A great value for the price listed. ... show more

  • Good vacuum with extra filtration capabilities. Good vacuum with extra filtration capabilities.
This Wybot C2 is more less a mid range pool vacuum designed for use in medium sized pools. It is a little bit heavier than the C1 and B series vacuums but does provide a bit more power, thus a heavier battery. The biggest difference in the C2, for me was the fact it carries a second filter cartridge intended to capture finer sediments than using just a basket alone. With that said, it needs more power to push water through that filter. The result is a heavier vacuum with more powerful motors and of course, more cost. Overall the vacuum is nicely built, easy to charge, easy to clean and connects well to the Wybot app. When connected to the app, you can program what patterns the vacuum runs, whether you want it to clean walls and such and what pattern it uses to clean. It's run time is good, plenty of time to clean most pools. Operates as it should in the pool. Yes, it does manage to hang up here and there, around corners or steps or add shapes, but seems to eventually work itself out and carry on. I used this in the floor only mode for testing and could see a dramatic difference between the walls and floor upon completion of the cycle. It did very well. It comes with a standard household charger, filter, extra foam floatation, manuals and a recovery hook for pulling out of the pool. Everything needed to use immediately after charging. If the extra filtration is a requirement for you, this vacuum would be a good choice. But is the extra filtration is not paramount, the C1 series is a better buy. As with most Wybot vacuums, this one is easy to operate and is relatively reliable perfectly capable of picking up, and retaining most pool debris. ... show more

  • Cleans well and seems well made, but the app needs work. Cleans well and seems well made, but the app needs work.
I am not really a phone or app person, so I may be missing some of the features on this cleaner since a lot of it seems to work through the app. When I first got it, I charged it overnight and it was fully charged the next day. I had the kids help download and set up the app for me. They were supposed to have it set so I could just put it in the pool, turn it on, let it clean, and take it out when finished. The first time I used it, I could see it moving around and cleaning. Every time I checked on it, it was in a different spot doing its thing. Later on, I noticed it had stopped. I am not sure if it had completed its cleaning cycle or if the battery had run down, but the pool looked clean, so I pulled it out and charged it again. A couple of days later, I used it a second time and got about the same results. It moved around and cleaned for a while, then eventually stopped. I have not needed to use it again yet since then. One issue I have noticed is with the app itself. It looks like there may be additional buttons or settings lower on the screen, but on my phone I cannot scroll or move the screen enough to reach them. That may just be a compatibility issue with my phone. I also read that you may not even need the app and can simply turn the cleaner on and let it run in its default mode, which I plan to try next time. As far as the cleaner itself goes, it seems to work very well. My pool does not get extremely dirty, but it has done a good job cleaning up the dirt and debris that does collect. I also had a lot of sand in the pool when opening it for the season, and this cleaner handled that surprisingly well. It looks well built, is easy to clean out, and overall is pretty simple to use. I imagine it will be even easier once I get the app situation figured out. As for value for the money, I looked at quite a few pool cleaners before I got this one. I saw some slightly cheaper models and a few with more features around the same price range. So this one may be priced a little high, but it does seem to be a good quality cleaner that performs well. So far, I have been pleased with it. ... show more

  • Easy to use, great results Easy to use, great results
The overall quality of WYBOT’s products is excellent. I have researched WYBOT pool vacuum versions and tried to figure out what model I need for my type of pool. My pool is in-ground, fiberglass, 40 ft long with a tanning ledge and seating causing many challenges for pool robots. This version does not have a camera but still works well cleaning my pool. The app is a well thought out interface to the robot. It is easy to understand and use. The set-up is walk through and takes you all the way to getting the robot connected to the app. Through the app, I have used different cleaning modes based on what I needed to get cleaned. I have used all of the options and now I generally use the standard pool clean mode for my pool. This C2 is very powerful with excellent traction and suction. It has no problem climbing and cleaning my walls up past my waterline. The filter is a fine mesh basket that is easy to remove and reinstall; easy to clean it out with a garden hose. The inside of the tank area has screens on the exhaust ports that are easy clean as well. I am impressed with the amount of debris, dirt and silt that the basket and filters have collected, especially during the spring season with so much, silt and dirt accumulating on the bottom of the pool. The HEPA and turbo mode does an excellent job pulling it all up from the pool floor. As far as run time, if the battery is fully charged, I typically have been getting about 140 minutes in standard pool cleaning mode. This C2 model is everything that the C2 vision model is - but it doesn’t have the AI camera. So, based on your pool design and needs, this C2 model is a viable option. It cleans my pool, walls, waterline, steps with no problem. This is a pattern-based cleaning robot as opposed to the AI learning robot. We didn’t need to use the included “floating foam blocks” for buoyancy on our fiberglass pool. The C2 climbed the walls without any problem. Also comes with a hook for easier robot retrieval; fits on the end of a standard pool pole. Once we got our pool under control (basically clean), all I have had to do is charge the C2 and then place it into the pool on standard cleaning mode as needed. The performance of this robot is comparable to other higher priced robots out there. Easy to use. Easy to clean filters. Quality product that has good suction and traction. ... show more

  • Started From a Blank Page: The WYBOT C2 Vision Started From a Blank Page: The WYBOT C2 Vision
Some products feel like a refinement of what came before. The C2 Vision feels like it started from a blank page. Same Wybot family, same general silhouette — but heavier out of the box, bigger in every dimension, and once it hits the water there's no mistaking it for anything else. The surface wake it generates from ten feet down tells you immediately that a different class of motor is at work. It doesn't clean a pool so much as impose order on it. The dual filtration system — a coarse cage filter in series with a 10μm flat fine-mesh filter — handles everything from leaves and insects down to the ultra-fine black particulate that settles in Southern California pools whether you want to think about it or not. That flat filter collects the smog soot visibly. Rinse both under a hose or in the sink, done. Navigation is where the Vision separates itself from the rest of the lineup. The camera-guided Dirt Hunter mode doesn't just follow a pattern — it seeks. The processor and software feel like a generation ahead of the standard C2, and in practice that means better coverage with no dead zones. A year of running the standard C2 in the same pool revealed consistent blind spots it never fully resolved. The Vision found them on the first run. Runtime exceeded the other units in the lineup and recharge felt faster. The hook retrieval tool is included, which matters — this is not a light machine and you'll want it. For a kidney-shaped inground pool at around 24x32 feet it covered everything. No dead zones. Currently unavailable, which is telling in itself. This is the kind of unit serious pool owners recognize on sight — a powerhouse that earns its place in any large pool setup, particularly for larger inground pools. It sits comfortably under the four-figure threshold where robotic pool cleaners start to feel like a lifestyle commitment rather than a practical purchase. Wybot runs their product cycle like Tesla — continuous iteration, previous model discontinued. If it comes back in stock, don't deliberate. ... show more

  • The Ultimate Hands-Free Pool Cleaner—Sparks Joy Every Time!
Keeping a large inground pool spotless used to feel like a full-time chore, but this cordless robotic vacuum has turned pool maintenance into a total breeze. Striking in its black and green design, the true magic lies in its complete lack of tangled cords and hoses. It charges up incredibly fast, going from empty to full in just over three hours. Thanks to its smart navigation and built-in gyroscope, it doesn't just wander aimlessly around the water; it maps out an intelligent cleaning path that efficiently covers the floor, climbs up slopes, handles stairs, and even scrubs right along the waterline without skipping a beat. When it finishes the job, the handy self-parking feature ensures it docks right by the edge for effortless retrieval. The cleaning power packed into this machine is genuinely impressive. Driven by an upgraded triple-motor system, the heavy-duty suction combined with dual rolling brushes effortlessly lifts stubborn dirt, leaves, and twigs. What makes it a standout performer is the dual-layer filtration system. It uses two separate filters to trap everything from large, bulky debris down to ultra-fine particles like sand and algae. Rinsing out the washable filters takes only a minute, making the post-clean process just as simple as the operation itself. Tech-savvy pool owners will love the companion app, which allows you to customize the cleaning routine with seven different modes and preset schedules while the robot is on dry land. The long-lasting battery offers up to three full hours of runtime in its energy-saving mode, meaning it easily handles massive pools up to 2,150 square feet on a single charge. With continuous over-the-air software updates keeping it running optimally, this five-star pool robot is worth every penny for anyone wanting a crystal-clear pool with zero effort. ... show more
