  • Improves control precision - well worth it!
Good build quality—greatly improves precision in aiming and moving. Easy to take on and off, but be careful—it may damage the rubber on your sticks if you're not careful. Fits on the sticks well and definitely won't come off by accident. Looks super cool—love the color and the design on the front! Love the way it works - simply helps your gaming experience by using basic pieces. ... show more

  • KontrolFreeks changing the game!
So these are my 2nd set of KontrolFreeks. The first set were the FPS Vortex for PS4. I ended up getting these for the Xbox because I wanted to run a low rise on the left stick. I wish the Vortex was low rise left stick as well cause the Vortex High rise was a game changer for me so it sucks only being able to get half my money's worth. Anyways, after I popped these on my Xbox I picked up my controller to feel it out and off the bat I wasn't feeling it. The indented pattern on the high rise threw me off a bit I guess it was cause I got used to the Vortex pattern. I played a few hours of Battle field 1 and I started to like the feel of it. I may be even more accurate with these than the Vortex. Also plenty of grippiness for me. I feel like I always have to point out that KontrolFreeks will not automatically make you an fps beast over night. If you were trash before using them you'll still be trash after you put them on. It will take some time to get used to if this is your first time using extended thumbsticks. ... show more

  • Do yourself a favor and get you some... Won't go wrong getting a couple more either...
These are a, "I'm surprised nobody thought to do this sooner." Kinda thing. Console gaming or any gaming that is done using a controller rather than a mouse can very quickly have your hands and especially thumbs feeling a bit worse for wear. Up until now, I knew if I were to binge out on playing a game my thumbs would begin to cramp and become sore. It's called controller claw (I think you can make the connection). I'd push myself as far as I could until finally I'd become inefficient and slow, making costly mistakes. Since I began using KontrolFreeks on the joysticks of my controller, I have had no issues or fatigue from my thumbs and the "claw" is gone. Using KontrolFreeks has raised my confidence by means of me being able to be much more precise with my movements. It's raised my overall ability as a gamer and allowed me to turn directional sensitivity of my controller way up from what I used to game at. It wasn't long after my first purchase that I ordered four more pairs of KontrolFreeks. Being able to mix and match the various shapes, colors, heights, widths, patters and materials of each Kontrolfreek product makes them very versatile. Like me I am sure you'll be able to figure out a combination that suits you and your gaming style to the "T". As far as product overall quality goes I'd give 4/5 stars. Product does not feel flimsy or brittle, like they are going to break if used to aggressively and I have had ZERO issues regarding the fitment/removal of my KontrolFreeks onto/off the joysticks of my controller. They fit snug, they fit true and they feel as tho apart of the controller itself. The ONLY con I can speak of I debated wether to even bring it up and it is: at times (using NO deadzone) a very minimal amount of "stick wandering" can occur. This issue can be quickly remedied by simply taking and quickly moving the "affected" joystick around in a circular motion. Once circular motion has been made a few times quickly release the "affected" joystick, allowing it to freely come to rest on its own. I would recommend KontrolFreeks to all gamers, hands down. If not for the improved proficiency in which it will bring you, then for the comfort alone I'd recommend them. 4.5/5 STARS as I believe any product has the potential for growth. Very well done KontrolFreeks and I hope the future see's newer even better materials being used in your products. ... show more

  • Great left stick, okay right stick
High-rise stick is average and hard to use for aiming in Fornite and COD compared to other sticks (like the vortex or Galaxys). However the Low-Rise stick has awesome grip and I wish the high rise came in that pattern too. A good fix for this is to order high-rise joysticks and place the low-rise Edge Kontrol Freaks on them. I still give five stars because most Kontrol Freeks in my experience only come with 1 good stick out of the two when it comes to my needs. This due to different patterns and heights on each pair. ... show more

  • Great buy but must know you handle style
These are very good for my play style. I control the sticks on the or Putter edge of the stick with my thumb and there's allow me to better control and make five aim adjustments. Please go to kontrol freaks website and do the survey to find out what type of sticks is best for you. Don't make the mistake I did buy buying each one to see which fit best for the way I grip the sticks. Some sticks are taller then others so please pay attention to stick measurements. If I had stick that didn't feel right I search for shorter ones. My favorite is the covex ( domes shape) and concave for my left stick. I only really use the right stick control freak cap. ... show more
