It took about an hour to hour and a half approx, for me to install and have it complete. The company they got a hold of me and said they would send the extra crystals and I received them today.     • All I can say is UGH! A disaster of a light and lousy customer service.

First off, you will be shorted the bottom row of crystals! Secondly this is not a brushed nickel or Silver finish as they claim. It is very cheap and ugly spray paint grey! It has a very ugly satin finish. The paint was sprayed on right over dust and debris. Zero attention to detail. The crystal hangers are brass, the bottom crystals have holes in them as if you were supposed to continue with another. The design is rudimentary and execution is like a metal shop high schooler did it. Not only were you shorted crystals but the ones provided were low quality and many damaged with chips and scratches because not much care was taken in their packaging. I did complain to the seller and his offer was replacement crystals shipped on a slow boat from China. I chose not to go that route and just return and replace through Amazon but encountered a week long delay there too. Overall a miserable experience for a high school metal shop quality light that you'd only want to put up because your kid made it! ... show more
