Unfortunately, these knives were very disappointing. I only looked at one knife in the package and sealed it up and returned them. These are not the high quality forged knives. This set is a mass production stamped knives. They are thin and feel very flimsy. I could get Chinese sets like this for less than $100. If want real Wustoff knife sets, you need to spend over $1000. My fault 100% for not doing my own research ahead of time, but their “Gourmet” line of knives are very cheaply made. You can feel it as soon as you pick one up. You can do much better for the money and get actual forged, decent quality knives for the same or similar money. I returned these and am getting the Henckels forged 20 piece knife set for a little more money. ... show more

Overall they are really good knifes. There is not enough slots in the block for all the smaller knives which was odd. Other than that they are nice and sharp.
