I work in a kitchen and do a ton of prep and cutting with this knife throughout the night. Overall it's a pretty good knife. Very comfortable in the hand, great balance, beautiful finish, and from the factory it's extremely sharp. Only problem I have encountered is it doesn't hold that edge long at all. Needs sharped daily, and will barely give a clean cut through a tomato half way through the night. Great home knife, but not good for professional use.

What a beauty! This knife is very, very sharp, slices and dices vegetables with no effort. Perfect curve in the blade for rocking but also will slice well. Feels good in your hand. I wanted a knife with the functionality of a big chef knife but smaller and this knife is perfect. I just got it a couple of days ago but I can tell it will be my go to knife for most jobs because it's already my favorite knife.

Knife came with a large scratch on the handle and box had clearly been opened and tampered with prior to receiving. The handle was also greasy so it had clearly been touched before. The protective plastic sheet that goes over the knife in the box was underneath the knife itself, indicating it was clearly opened. The box itself is ALSO greasy and looks to be in terrible conditioning. Blade is still nice, sharp, and thankfully clean but I’m very much not satisfied with the fact that this item doesn’t appear to be brand new, especially considering the price I paid and there was no indication this would be the case. I got this for my dad for Father’s Day which is right around the corner so I’m cleaning it and gifting it for the sake of convenience and I’m sure it still works just fine. Though I will say that if you’re interested in this knife I highly recommend buying from another seller.
