My 20 yr old daughter installed this. We had issues with the instructions as they were confusing for first timers. We had to call my brother as it came with extra pieces, that the one removed did not have. My brother advised us they weren't actually needed for the light to work and to not use them, he explained that some companies supply these extra pieces to make the electrician have an easier installation process, but that it really causes more issues down the line if not done correctly. The picture instructions could use more actual words on a few of the steps to help explain these extra pieces, I am sure if you install such fixtures on a regular basis, none of this would be confusing to you, however first timers it will be. After figuring out what to do, it was easy. It looks great. It's not as good quality as something you get at Home Depot or Lowes, but the price matches the quality. It is very lightweight so hanging it was not hard. All in all for the price I am happy with it and would buy again. ... show more

Had to wire and assemble entire fixture. When up a day later one of the light arms failed to work. Found nothing wrong but placed the wires in the extra snap on connector and it now works.

The media could not be loaded. My handyman installed it pretty easily. I had a 1-bulb light fixture before. This one brightens up my kitchen. It took some getting used to but it’s best for kitchens to be bright.
