LOVE THE COUCH, like obsessed. It’s stunning. However building it was a joke also incorrect instructions/tools. Some of the parts had the holes in the wrong spot. I had to ghetto rig it up, one side of the couch is barely connected. Company pretty much implied I was incompetent and put it together incorrectly, which I did because that was my only option to make it work. Then they wanted me to tear it down and rebuild it. Like as if I didn’t spend 7+ hours building it already and having to figure out how to make it work. Also this not a modular couch. All of the pieces have to connect. ... show more

    • Exceeded Expectations — A Must-Buy for Budget-Friendly Comfort & Style!
This is my first ever Amazon review, but I felt compelled to write one for those who might be on the fence about this couch. If you’re looking for something budget-friendly that still looks classy and feels comfortable, go for it—you won’t regret it! The couch is way bigger than I expected and can comfortably seat five adults. It feels sturdy, the cushions are cozy yet supportive, and it really elevates the look of my living room without breaking the bank. Definitely a win for style, comfort, and price. That said, there were a couple of hiccups during assembly. It’s fairly easy to put together, but I was missing a few screws, and the instructions weren’t the clearest. Some parts required a bit of "jimmying" to get everything aligned right. The tools were labeled, which helped—but the actual couch parts weren’t, and that’s where the confusion came in, but common sense prevailed. Labeling all the parts could’ve made this a much smoother experience. I would've given 5 stars if all the parts were there and it didn't take a lot of 'figuring-it-out' to assemble. ... show more

Avoid purchasing from this company. The sofa is extremely poor quality and not worth the price. The assembly instructions are unclear and poorly written, making the setup frustrating. Also, the couch came in DEFECTIVE. On top of that, customer service was very difficult to deal with—we had to go back and forth with both them and Amazon for two months just for them to say we’ll receive a partial refund for a defective product. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and it’s surprising that Amazon continues to partner with this seller. ... show more
