These are great! 1lb weight each, easy to strap with velcro that holds. Simple size adjustments, fits wrists and ankles. Excellent for yoga, walking, physical therapy exercises. Pretty color options, I have a set in black and pink. Easy to strap 2 sets on your arm or ankle if you need to increase the weight without having to add bars to one strap.

I’ve been wearing these on my ankles and arms for a few weeks now, as long as I adjust them on my ankles where it’s comfortable, I can walk for hours at a time and I have no issues with these rubbing or causing any issues. I do wear them over my socks, so that might help. They are easy to use, and they have a wide range of size you can adjust to. I really love using these, you almost don’t even notice them once you get used to the extra weight.

These weights are one of the better ones I have seen. The quality of the weights seems to be high and durable. They should last a while with heavier use. They are able to be used in many different ways either on the wrists or ankle. Also if joined a few sets together you are able use them around a waist because the velcro has a decent grip. There was no slip or loosing up of the connection in the velcro. The stitching is also another highpoint. The fabric used is velvet soft and there was no issues with contact with the skin or rubbing. With the weights being black there hasn't been an issue with the color fading, transferring color, or showing off dirt and sweat. I do wish that there was a option for a heavier set of these weights as the weight that I have now is almost too light. Over all I would recommend them to others and are thinking about purchasing another set.

These aren’t the worst…but as I’m in my pilates class I notice that A. They hurt my ankles when I’m doing certain movements B. Even if I try to adjust them higher, they just slip back down. They certainly look nice, which is why I wanted them, but the soft ones are more comfortable imo.
