This has to be one of the worst Amazon purchases I've ever made in my life. If you're bigger, and have a bigger fupa, it may or may not fit. It does not come with a loop. It has Velcro tabs. But if you're too big you can't actually get them to connect. It barely does for me and it's super tight. The thing rolls the whole time. It doesn't even cover half of what it needs to. I love this wrap, honestly, but there are some things you should know before buying. I love this as a way to support my lower back and to provide compression. It gives me relief from the weight of bloating. However, I'm not quite sure how effective it is as a waist trimmer. Because of it's stretchy nature, it accommodates the fat instead of shaping it. The wrap will roll up or down with movement... walking, sitting, bending... I also experience some fat bulging over the top of the wrap. If you're looking to get a flatter tummy or hourglass shape, I wouldn't go with this product. I definitely don't use it with any expectation of my waist actually becoming more slim. As a waist trainer, I might give this one or two stars, but because I love it so much as a back brace and it gives me relief from my scoliosis pain, I went ahead and gave it an extra star. ... show more

No the product doesn’t have the belt loop, however, after watching several videos I learned how to properly wrap the trainer. I’ve only had it on for about 30 minutes and I feel it working. This will be my trainer to wear to bed.
