This jacket has a nice stretch to it and is a great length with a slightly tapered waist, not too short and not too long. It is so flattering over leggings or even a dress! The style: A non "boxy" and not "stiff" denim jacket, more of a fitted style but without being too tight. The quality: On point. Lightweight but not cheap or flimsy feeling, soft, well made, and with great stitching. An absolutely classic wardrobe staple, you cannot go wrong here, folks. Love the look of the jacket. It's slightly fitted and isn't too boxy. The stretch is good, especially because it's a snug fit. I'm 5'7" and weight around 130 lbs. I'm very small boned, which is another way of saying that I have scrawny, toothpick arms. The sleeves are a little snug but I won't be wearing the jacket over a bulky sweater so they work fine. People here said to size up, so I got both a small and medium. The medium was a little too big. It looks really well made, and doesn't look cheap at all. I'm very happy with the jacket. ... show more

Purchased the “Drenched” color in an XL. I usually wear a 12 in tops and am 5’ tall, 150 lbs with a bigger bust and athletic build. It is a perfect fit with plenty of room for a sweater underneath, without being boxy or too short and is slightly fitted. The material is stretchy and the perfect weight - soft and comfortable. It is very well made and a good value. The sleeves are long on me as they always are at my height but easy to roll up, so if you are taller these will be fine. I ordered another jacket which I am returning ( thank you Amazon), because it was heavier and not as flattering and more like ones I tried on in local stores. First impression, I like the look, the fit, and the overall shape, especially the back of the jacket, the seams join in the center with the extra special design detail. The material is very lightweight and soft, I ordered the medium and even after washing it didn't shrink. I actually expected some shrinkage since the description stated "fabric type denim". Unfortunately, it's not all denim, it's a mixed blend fabric of 62% cotton, 24% polyester, 13% rayon and 1% spandex. I am not a big fan of these synthetic materials, whoever is responsible to post the description of the jacket should of done a better job of giving details about it. I went to Wranglers website and they were very transparent on their fabric details, some of their jackets were 100% cotton and some were a blend with polyester. If I had known, I would of passed on this jacket. I am stuck with it now, since it's been washed. For those of you who don't mind it, then this jacket is for you. I would rather have one that's real cotton fabric, not one that has forever chemicals blended in with it. Yes, I know.... the material itself should of been an indicator that it wasn't real denim, I was just being hopeful and trusted the information on the description upon purchase. Lesson learned, if I want real cotton denim it's better to go the actual source/manufacturer. ... show more

I am a girl from the 80's. I have always had Levis jean jackets, just bought three different kinds and they were just too stiff. I am 5:6, 165 and got the XL. I for sure could have fit into the large, but keeping this one anyway. It is way more soft than the Levis, but I guess I would go with the Levis if you are going to give it heavy use, but I will only be wearing mine just as a cover up. It is very stretchy, hits right at my waist (wish it was longer,) but is very cute!! No need for washing before wearing because it is already super soft. I recommend going with your normal size because it fits very true to size. Love it, highly recommend! ... show more

I’ve been searching for the perfect Jean jacket for such a long time. I’ve ordered and returned so many until today. I’m in love with this jacket. It’s simply perfect. It’s a soft material and not stiff like other jean jackets. It does run a bit small so you need to size up. I originally ordered a large, it fit but just a tiny bit snug. I reordered and got the XL and it fits like a glove. I’m tall 5’9’ 180 lbs and have long arms. The sleeves are nice and long and sits just past my hips. Excellent jacket and I’m happy my search is over for that perfect jacket. It’s a great addition to your wardrobe. I will be ordering another color. If I could give 10 stars I would. High quality well made very beautiful I bought one in red pretty excellent workmanship fit a little tight so I ordered an extra large to try I like the sleeves I look kind of long always short on me most of the time these fit very well.
