I have been wearing Wrangler Cargo shorts almost exclusively for the past couple years, as I live in Southern New Mexico. I have NOT had any adverse issues with any of the garments over this time frame. Zippers continue to work good. No pockets have torn or come loose. Wear is evident on the "seat" area of older garments, but that is expected. I am six foot tall and wear a size 46 waist. The length comes just above the knee when worn. I really like the "stretch" function. It is not really noticeable while wearing the shorts but on days you go to the local "buffet", it comes in handy! I like the slip in pocket on the left front of the leg which makes it really easy to slip my cell phone in and out easily. I wish Wrangler would make this garment in a "LOOSE FIT" or "Relaxed Fit" configuration. I am somewhat overweight so a looser fit garment ( not just in the waistband ) would be welcome. However, I will continue to buy Wrangler cargo shorts because they perform as expected and I believe they are a value for the price. ... show more

I really like these shorts they look good and fit well. My only problem with them is the back pocket is sewn really bad next to the inside of the shorts. Every one of my pairs of shorts that are tan color rip right there. For some reason the other colors do not rip. But my favorite color is tan so I would prefer that color. If they could figure out how to put a couple extra stitches on that seam I think these would be a 5 out of 5 for sure. ... show more

I really like these Wrangler military-style shorts. The material is perfect for warm weather and the assortment of pockets is perfect. I only took one star off because I found the sizing inconsistent. I bought several pairs and it seemed they were either too big or too small, even when buying my known pants size. I just stuck with the larger ones and realize they will fall down if I'm not wearing a belt! I would still recommend them if you find a size you like. Although the camo patterns do not match any actual US patterns, like woodland, tri-color, etc. the colors and patterns still look great. ... show more

Fits just like the ones at target, but the waist on these don't stretch out throughout the day. Relaxed fit in the legs, but not baggy. Will likely buy more. Also, the bottom of the shorts just touch my knee caps (I'm 6'2").

I like these shorts. They fit well, they are comfortable, and they look good. The size is true as advertised. I have two very minor issues. One is that the back pockets have no way of securing them closed. The pockets are deep enough that they are functional, but I won't use them for anything important while hiking. The other thing is that the olive drab color leans more toward a gray as opposed to a green. This olive drab is closer to a vintage OD green so if you are trying to match it up with an OD green that is common today it may not match.
