Very happy with this purchase. We converted our full size Chevy Express 3500 Van into a camper, had been searching for a bed/mattress that could easily convert into a small couch. We didnt want a futon mattress since those floppy mattresses are a pain to deal with, they aren't very comfortable, and we didnt want a futon frame. This mattress/couch is exactly what we wanted, and in our van conversion I designed & built a riser/base frame that easily expands from the couch size to the full mattress. We bought the full size, and the measurements are very close to advertised. The length is 75" as a full size mattress is supposed to be. The width of it as a bed is 55.25" (1.25" wider than the 54" width that a full size is supposed to be) This minimal difference in width would normally be unnoticeable, but since every inch counts when building a full van conversion, I did have to adjust the custom interior slightly. For someone using this at home this wouldn't matter. Deep full size fitted sheet fits great. As a mattress, it's very comfortable to sleep on. The seam doesn't run down the center of the mattress, it is more on one side, and I honestly barely notice the seam at all while sleeping. My wife sleeps on the side without the seam, she sleeps great on it. When folded up into the couch it's comfortable as well. The back is very vertical when it's a couch, so we use our sleeping pillows as throw pillows. When we fold ours up into the couch we leave the fitted sheet in place so it's already there when we convert it back into a bed. The base/sitting area of the couch is deep so you do have a comfortable deep surface to sit on and lean back. Keep in mind that because the couch arms/sides fold up from the mattress, the couch is not the width of a full size couch, more like the size of a love seat. Youre not going to stretch out like youre on a full size couch, but it's very effective and two people can sit side by side nicely. The quality is very good. The fabric is thick and durable, the seams are very well stitched, so it appears like it will hold up over time. The internal foam seems dense and durable, we've used it only about 20 times but I believe it will stay firm for a long time. I'm giving this a solid 5 stars. Great product. Nice unique design. Very good quality. Arrived on time, in vacuum sealed suction bag, so it took several days for it to fully expand. I do recommend this product. ... show more

    • Comfortable small apartment couch bed
I was disappointed at first....the edges and corners were not expanding. I thought "what did I do?" I immediately unzipped the outside AND inside cover and "floofed" the edges and corners gently (as to not rip the foam). It took a day, but the foam expanded to its full size. Please unzip the two covers and stick your hand in the center area to "unstick the foam from the cover" to release the edge. Leave the cover off for a day and then just zip the covers back on carefully....using a finger between the foam and zipper as to not cut the foam. You will be pleased! It was also very nice to sleep on! I added a long body pillow at the top for extra head support while sitting on it as a couch. ... show more

I would not use this for a permanent bed for couch because it’s not comfortable at all. The foam is very stiff. I have it in my reading nook and it’s fine for that use. It’s good for having for guests.

    • Not a quality product. Difficult to return! Product was not at all how described.
I would not buy this product nor recommend to anyone! The color was not at all like it is in the picture, the zipper is exposed and no way to return the item. We requested UPS pick up and they came and could lot ick it up bc it doesn’t fit back in the box it came in once opened. Then brought it to UPS store to return and they had the same problem. Tried to contact both the seller and Amazon, both of who said they would get back to us with a resolution…That was over a week ago and still no word. Horrible customer service on all parts and now stuck with a very large item that no one even on FB Marketplace wants once they see it! UGH! ... show more

The folding sofa took about two hours to expand after open up . First of all the thickness matches the description which is 8 inch solid and the material it’s very firm. Unlike some product when you sit on it compress a lot it Feel like a real sofa. Also there’s no stinky smells when opened up which is a really good plus because I bought some foam pillows before and they always come with the smells that I have to leave them outside for few days to get rid of the smells. Next it’s easy to convert the sofa to a bed just one simple step and the arm rest location and high is well designed so it is comfortable. I have to say if you have regularly family or friend visits it is worth to have this. Also another is a good feature is that a single piece zip cover. Easy to clean and maintain. ... show more

Awesome little couch! Perfect for the kids and a sleeping spot for Gram on her visits!! We had an old futon and it was not functional at all. My husband and I had slept on a couch bed like this a couple years ago on a trip so we too the plunge. We went with the twin sized one which is perfect size for under our sons loft! It inflates to a very nice firmness and the color is awesome! Have a fuzzy rug on the way for in front of it and the kids have had a blast with it! ... show more

I literally have not one bit of clue how to return this… I will have to get a refrigerator box! There’s obviously no way I can roll this up and vacuum seal it back into that airtight bag…. Which is the reason why it got deformed because it was compact neither of the sides fluffed out to be full-size. They’re completely hard and compressed. In my opinion and absolute waste of money for $270-And like I said, no clue how to boxes and return it ... show more
