Does the trail camera come with an SD card? Do I need to format it before use? Yes. A 32GB SD card is included and pre-installed. Before first use, please format the SD card in the camera settings menu to ensure proper performance. I inserted the SD card, but the camera does not recognize it. What should I do? Please make sure the SD card（Max 32GB) is inserted correctly with the label side facing down. Format the SD card through the camera settings before use. If the issue persists, try reinserting the SD card or using another compatible SD card. How can I transfer pictures and videos to my computer? You can transfer your photos and videos using an SD card reader. Simply remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into your computer or phone (if supported). If your computer has an SD card slot, you can directly view and save your files. Why does my trail camera stop taking photos or capture black images at night? I give these 5 stars for the price and 4 for the quality of the pictures. Good things: Setup is easy. Motion detection is decent. Daytime picture quality is ok for my needs. Comes with sd card, mounting kit, batteries, and strap for each unit. No moisture problems as I write this review. (These have been though several rain events) Price per unit is ok. Battery life so far is very good. Not so good things: Night time picture quality is not very good. You will need a means to read the sd card. I purchased a usb/sd card reader for my computer and that works well. Taking the sd card out of the unit can be a hassle due to its location and my fat fingers. Overall I am happy with the units. If your goal is great pictures pick another model. I have better pictures from a 2010 moultri gamespy unit than I have from these units. I have not tried the video function of this unit. updated: After my initial experience, customer service offered me an improved camera, the G200. So far its working well, much better experience. I am considering ordering another of the higher models. ------- Not up to what I was hoping for. It is taking photos which my normal programs can't open. Preview and other simple attempts with normal programs return a "can't recognize format" error on the jpg files. The pics open using Photoshop, but that's the only one. Probably looking at trying another camera since that seems like a major issue for a file format that's so common. ... show more

slots for memory card are poorly engineered, allowing the mini card to be pushed in wrong. the only way to get the card back out is taking it all apart. of the six cameras, three were not functioning, either a bad card, or getting a "card" error code due to the cards not going into the slot correctly and getting stuck. I reached out to the company and received no response. So, I'll be gathering the working cameras out in the field and returning everything.     • Decent cameras, great customer service
I ordered these around the beginning of September and didn’t get around to checking them until midway through October because they were pretty far back in. When I went to check them one was working perfectly with no issues. The other one took pictures good for about a week then started taking pictures with just a sliver of the picture at the top and the rest of the photo being grayed out. Seeing it was outside of the return window for Amazon plus one of them was working great I decided to contact the company and explain the situation. After getting some basic information from me the customer service representative immediately asked for my address so they could send out another pack of them. They even explained how to update the software which may fix the current one I have (I haven’t tried to do that yet). Overall the cameras are pretty good but I was very impressed with the quick response time and overall helpfulness of the customer service. ... show more

    • One Works... One Doesn't Anymore.
I've had these two cameras out in the woods for less than a month. One still works great. The second one has all sorts of problems: The night vision started failing about a week ago. Now it has completely failed. About the same time as the night vision started failing, I noticed that a couple of the saved video files were corrupted. Now, almost every file shows that it is 0 KB in size and will not play. Save your money and buy a better camera. Edit 11/5/2020 - Customer service from Wosports reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement trail camera. I accepted their offer to replace the trail camera and it was shipped quickly. It is the exact same camera. I am updating my rating to reflect this. ... show more
