Update 9/6/22 This company was very concerned that I did not find their rangefinder acceptable. They emailed me often offering to send me a new one as they were positive I must have received a defective unit the first time. I was not trying to get anything for free, but they insisted and sent me another one. I tested it this past Labor Day (USA) weekend and it performed perfectly. I am shocked that it even out did my $200 rangefinder and in steadiness and and accuracy. The focus is very good and the only drawback for some is that it does not have a magnet to attach to your cart. I walk most of the time so this does not matter to me. Via email I did ask the person where they were located and they said they are a small company in China. This product does work very well and the company backed it up. Original review is below: You get what you pay for. This rangefinder was easy to figure out how to use, but totally inaccurate on the ranges. I changed batteries just to be sure and the same thing, not even within 100 yards of being accurate. I sent it back and got the refund. UPDATE 8/26 - This company has been persistent in trying to make me happy and are sending me another range finder to test out. Because of their willingness to make it right I have upgraded to two stars and will update again once I test the next range finder they send.

This is my first range finder and I can't compare it to the ones that go for 5-10 times the price. I paid around $50 for this and have been using it for about two months now. One downside is that without the stabilization that some of the more expensive ones have it can be little shaky, but I have not had issues getting a reading. I really only use it for 250yds or less, so I can't speak to higher yardages, but I also don't know anyone who hits hits a golf ball 500 yards, so I am not sure it's really necessary. I was hesitant, because I know you often get what you pay for, but again for $50 this has been a nice addition to my golf game it definitely helps knowing the yardage when selecting a club.

I purchased this back in 2019 and it is still working well to this day. The accuracy is usually +/- 1 yard compared to other name-brand finders. I would 100% buy again. Battery life is great. I haven't had it die and I get several rounds of golf between charging. Does not work when it's foggy/misty because the laser reflects off the moisture.

I use this rangefinder for golf distances. It does work well but at times it doesn't read the flag despite having the target on the flag. The golf course does not use prisms on the flag stick, which I believe would help. So...be patient when using this.
