I'm happy to have the Wormhole Tattoo Wireless Tattoo Machine Gun in my kit. It's a nice alternative to smaller or shorter sessions, and it's a good fit for small hands. The battery lasts about as long as the session, so it's just in time for a break. The vibration noise isn't loud or grating, which is also nice. The display is easy to read, and it's quick to make adjustments. With this machine, I can work longer sessions than I could with my previous machine.

I have several Tattoo pens, but most come with a pedal to control the speed and power. I also have several wireless power supplies for Tattoo Pens that are setup to be use with the pens I already have. But this pen is different. The pen and power are designed together. There are some good and bad things to this Tattoo Pen. Okay to start with Wormhole is a fairly good brand. I have several and they have never let me down. The Pen itself is quite lite and easy to setup and charge. The control buttons are standard and the display is large and easy to read. The USB-C cable makes it easy to charge almost anywhere. The one thing that I like is that the grip tube is wide and doesn't take a lot of wrap to get a good grip. Now the bad. Let's start with the design, this Tattoo Pen kit combo is only set up to be use with each other only. Unlike the other pens that I have, they were first designed to work with the pedal first, and the Power supplies were added to go wireless. The next thing is limit of use. Because the grip tube is an All-in-one design this pen is more for training or practice. Just base on the fact that you would have to autoclave it every time you use it on someone. Now the last thing is more an issue with me and not the pen. I have large hands and prefer longer pens. This allows me to get a more comfortable grip for longer sessions. It being short is not a bad thing, just not my cup of tea. So for now I think I will keep this for my niece who has shown interest in doing tattoos. I might gift it to her for Christmas.

I received the pen only, not the kit package with inks and things, so I cannot comment on those additional items. With that said, the pen itself is pretty decent quality for the price. It is built similarly to other wireless rotary pens I have used. The battery life in this Wormhole pen lasts long enough to do some small work. It is a great machine to practice with for beginners. Wormhole is an okay brand; it's not something I'd use in a professional shop setting, but I think it's good for those who are interested in breaking into the world of tattoo work and are just trying to get down the basics of using a machine. This machine works well on fake skins, and I would recommend it as such. The stroke is good, and you can easily adjust the needle depth with a twist of the machine grip. The charger is pretty universal, and the pen charges quickly when plugged in. I like the color of this Wormhole machine as well, it is very bright and fun. Overall, I think this is a nice little machine to practice with and is a good price for what it is.
