I’m a professional dog groomer and decided to try this brand after using the Dremel brand for the last twenty years. One of my best friends is currently dealing with breast cancer (thankfully caught early) so this special edition marketing absolutely sold me alongside positive user reviews. So far, it works great and I will buy this brand again in the future! Honestly, I like it better than my dremel branded grinders. I love that you just pop the battery itself out and charge it, which it does quickly! The dremel brand charging stations always stop charging properly after daily use, so I love that this will solve that problem. I find it light, sturdy, easier to grip, and so far the battery hasn’t died on me during my shift. The only minor complaint is the rubber component on the metal rod-spools I’d use with the sandpaper for grinding nails is either too small, or the spool sandpaper is too large-they slide right off. I had to swap the included spools out with my Dremel brand accessory, then it worked perfectly. I also find that I can get in and around the dog’s nails easier, and there is less chance of me grinding my own finger by accident! That hurts so bad.

Great product for the price; it works as well or better than my old dremel battery operated. However, the attachments while compatible with the dremel products are not quite as good. Still, I a happy with the product.

i got this to grind down my dogs nails. they have very thick nails and my other grinders kept breaking. this one is great quality and i love how it comes with so many attachment options. i also love how it's portable

It works well but 3 things have been a disappointment. 1. It made me get extra parts for it. Full set. Which can be nice but I wish I had the option to opt the big case out and save me some money. 2. Now I use many of these tools for various reasons. One if them is because I'm a dog groomer. And I bought a "whitman diamond bit" last year. I needed a new one and decided to try this. And I'm disappointed the parts are a bit bigger than all the other dremels. Never had size issue with others. Decided to try this. Had high hopes for it all to work together. 3. The sand band bits are a bit weak. I probably wouldn't have known though if my diamond whitman bit fit that. It's so close to being fit. Overall though it does work for 1st day but the sand band is weak. Seems pretty powerful. A little heavy but that's just normal for cordless tools because of the battery. I'll get myself different sand bands that don't wear out quick. But just wish they didn't have their screw bigger than others. Picture to show the piece I'm talking about that's a smidge too big. Compared to all other dremels tools I've used.
