This is my second order for these insoles. In the first order, I also ordered a different brand to try. The other brand was comfortable but grippy when trying to put my boots on; which, caused socks to pull and bunch in the heel of my boots along with pulling tight around my toes. I would highly recommend these, they are comfortable, and with the way the heel is mad they keep your feet pointed forward. I often have a problem of my feet trying to angle when I walk which is part of the reason for my foot pain. The padding is nice, the arches are high enough for support but not too high to cause my arch to ache.

This was a great replacement for the original insoles. It provides good support. I stand most of the day at work and while it’s not perfect, it helps with fatigue and pain.

I am updating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. And I have worked long shifts nearly every day, all summer! I was able to make it all the way through my shifts each and every day! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I work in a refrigerated warehouse and I tried these my feet were damp and cold . Most of my insoles are perforated and these are not . I felt the transfer of the cold concrete floor to the bottom of my feet I just wanted to let people know so they don’t buy for the cold .they were a comfortable insole so I will transfer to my summer sneakers so I get some use out of them .i wear very high quality merino wool socks and the cold just transferred through.

Need a replacement pair of insoles for a pair of work boots. Have a pair from the Orthopedic in my tennis shoes that give relief, but the cost was pricey. Tried these out. Compared to the expensive pair in my other shoes these gave about the same support when they were brand new, however, after now about 3 months the seem "a little bit" softer. I don't know if they will still provide the support I need at the end of a year... Time will tell...
