Ok, so I just received these earlier this week. Wore them in the office all day today - so other than walking down the lane - I haven't used them outside. I decided to try them because of the price point and the reviews. The non-waterproof description is not unexpected - you're not going to get Gore-tex at this price! So I just did what a lot of people have done & applied a good coat of mink oil. It darkened them up nicely and seemed to absorb it well, so hopefully that will help with keeping the water at bay. We'll see, and I'll post an update after some more use. **UPDATE** So I have had these almost 60 days now & we just had a 12" snow storm. I wore these boots exclusively for a week outside in the snow AND inside the office for 8 hours a day and I have to say I am impressed with them! As stated above, I coated them quite liberally with mink oil since they are not advertised as "waterproof" and I was hoping that would help - and it definitely did! Now - I have not fully immersed them in water, but I have been out in the snow for hours at a time & they have not allowed any moisture in. In the office, they were not uncomfortable to have on all day & since they are newer, they still look presentable! Bottom line, don't be afraid to try them! The price point might make you suspicious, but to me theyy are a great boot at a great price. NOW - I do not make a living doing construction or heavy work all day in a boot. If that is you - and you have had experience with other high-end work boots - then you may have a different opinion and I fully understand that. But for the "weekend warrior" who needs a decent boot at a decent price, these really work for me.

Very comfortable for a solid work boots. So far holding up better than most. My last Danners were not as comfortable and cost over $300. I wear mostly Nike shoes and these are true to size. I am certain you cant beat these boots at this price point. They are a little heavier than other budget boots but materials are far superior.

First off, about $60 doesn't get you a whole lot in terms of leather boots. However, these for around that price do provide a whole lot of boot for the cash...with a few caveats. The leather on them seems to be good quality and will likely hold up unless you absolutely abuse them. The soles aren't bad, but they are not Vibram quality. There is a compromise here, but the traction is decent. The insoles seem plush upon first feel, but unfortunately they aren't the most comfortable. They aren't bad, though. I've had worse. The overall construction of the boot is good. If you took care of them I can see them lasting a while. Dislikes: They are on the heavier side for a boot of this size. What's the point of "speed hooks" on this boot when the top is still a hole that you need to run the lace though afterwards? It's quite possibly the dumbest lacing setup I've seen as inevitably it'll take you longer to tighten and tie than if they just had holes in them all the way up. And since the top of the boot is kind of stiff and difficult to tighten, you might experience rubbing on the back of your heel. One of the boots did this to me and it was unbearable. I think a combination of the weight and the way they are laced led to this. The boots were the correct size, too. Ultimately I ended up returning them. Mostly due to the heel rubbing as I could have put up with the other flaws considering the low price and decent build quality. But if a shoe isn't comfortable there is no price cheap enough to put up with that. Your results may vary.

I just received my EverBoots today and am impressed with the quality. I wore them for several hours doing yard work. Every so often, I had to remind myself that I had new boots on. They did not draw my attention to any boot discomfort or foot pain. I forgot I had them on. Great boots. I did get a half size larger as recommended by Amazon and customers.

Great simple boots! Very comfortable and first impressions, seem very durable. Size was right on as well. Would be great for hiking and cooler weather too. Lots of ankle support.

Fantastic work boots. I wear these at least 5 days a week, as a waste water treatment plant operator. lots of standing, climbing, walking. super comfortable, and zero break in. after 8 straight months of wear, I need new insoles, but that's to be expected. not perfectly waterproof, but enough to keep my feet dry in the rain. only issue I had was with the laces wearing out, but I just replaced them with Para Cord. all in all, absolutely amazing boots for the 70 dollars I paid for them. Fit Perfectly out of the box, and after 8 months, still has plenty of life in the tread.

I've purchased other boots from this brand and decided to get these to replace my worn boots. When placing the order I noticed a note indicating these boots run small so I ordered a half size larger. They felt ok for a few days but after using them everyday for over a week the boots were uncomfortably loose. I tightened the laces as tight as I could and they still don't feel comfortable, too loose, and I already threw out the box. Now I have pair of boots that make me walk weird. I should have stuck to the 9.5W instead of the 10W. I suggest wearing these for a while before throwing out the box.

I just received them but I can say the outer portion of these boots are all leather and have metal speed lace ups. They’re sized correctly and appear well made. Time will tell. I normally replace my boots once a year because they usually fall apart, lace guides break(last pair were plastic) the expensive waterproof ones made my feet sweat and had to throw them out after a month of working on my yard. I use these for doing jobs around the house. These look like they might last a couple of years. I will follow up as issues appear but they are comfortable and very reasonably priced at $60.00
