I really wanted to try an auto feeder for my boys, but had concerns: would it be reliable? Would it last? Would it be easy to use? I took a leap of faith and bought this one based on reviews. And I’m really glad I did. I’ve been using it for 8 months and I’m really pleased with it. Highlights: - It is sturdier than I thought it would be when I took it out of the box. Very sturdy! I’ve moved it around a few times, had to store it for a couple months. Frequent use of the lid and it looks/works like new. - App is easy to use after set up. The interface took some getting used to, at least for my brain, but easy after I got used to it. - Camera works great, can be adjusted remotely in real time. Speaker works well, totally fine for its intended purpose. - Easy to fill, and a small window so you can see when food is getting low. I’m not good at looking at such things, so I made my own schedule to open the lid and check. - The app shows when food isn’t delivered. When this happened I feared technical issues with the feeder, but nope. I let the food get too low. It’s a good backup alert if this happens. - The bowls are thin, but easy to clean. I preferred to use ceramic bowls and shallow ones fit beautifully. One minor glitch: after a couple months of use, the camera started to do something odd. The view starts where I set it, but every time food is delivered, it snaps down to the lowest angle. I can barely see a bit of the bowls, and can’t see my kitties approach or eat. I can immediately move the angle back up if I’m watching but it’s a little annoying, especially since it didn’t start out that way. Minor glitch, and definitely not a dealbreaker considering how awesome it is otherwise. A few notes that may be helpful if you haven’t used an auto feeder before: - I wanted an auto feeder for my two kitties because one was too chubby despite never seeing him overeat - I thought he might have been stress or bored eating when I wasn’t home. So I used the feeder bowls for the camera view but continued to graze feed so I could observe and yup, I was right. I started the portioned, timed feedings and they have been a game changer for both of my boys. My chubby baby has slimmed down and is healthier than ever. - If your kitty is used to graze feeding, they will think you’re starving them at first. Vocally. And sit next to the bowl and look at you with Puss n Boots eyes. I almost gave in - many times- until they adjusted. And they did adjust after about a week. - Beware if they are sitting on your lap when the food drops. Before mine adjusted, one would dig in and launch off my lap. Ouch. Now they are more leisurely when they hear their food. My whole experience with this feeder has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the WOpet feeder for just under a month, and I’m already very impressed with it. It consistently delivers food equally to both bowls, which has been a game-changer for my two cats. The camera is surprisingly good—clear video quality, and I love that you can tilt it up and down with a wide-angle view that lets you see more than just the food area. Setup was quick and hassle-free, and the app is super intuitive. One of my favorite features is the ability to set the pace of the food delivery. My cats tend to inhale their food, which often leads to vomiting, but pacing their meals has really helped reduce that problem. Overall, this automatic feeder is fantastic and, in my opinion, outperforms the PetLibro in both functionality and price. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: We recently switched internet providers, and the feeder refuses to reconnect. We’ve tried multiple times, even placing it right next to the router, but it still shows a weak signal. It works fine until you change providers—then it’s basically useless. Frustrating! Got this automatic cat feeder with two bowls for my two cats, and so far it’s working great. The only tricky part was figuring out the serving size—couldn’t tell if the servings were total or per bowl, so we’ve just been adjusting based on what comes out. I love that it sends me a notification when a cat comes to eat, snaps a quick video, and lets me play it back. The camera and speaker are nice touches for checking in, though it does need 3 D batteries and an SD card (not included). Overall, it’s giving us peace of mind for those times we’re away overnight.

I was going on vacation and needed to get one of these fast. I needed a guarantee that whichever one I bought actually worked properly so my kitties could eat while I was gone. I bought 2 different types and brands at the same time just in case one didn’t work. I am writing a review on this one because it’s definitely the better of the 2, by far. All the functions; feeding, camera, audio, etc. work wonderfully. It was easy to set up and has a good price point for what you get. I went away and was able to watch my babies eat, I could call out to them and I could check the recoding to make sure everyone was eating. Peace of mind!!!

Camera is pretty limited and from what I can tell any speaker on it doesn't work. My cats show no reaction to me speaking from the feeder but react immediately when I talk through the pet cam across the room. Additionally, all of the sudden it won't actually show the camera footage on the app. It just keeps refreshing the my devices page in an endless loop. Not terribly impressed.

Pros Easy to use and easy to put together and fill up. Batteries work perfectly as back up (I know from experience). While I was out the country my cats messed with the router and lost Wi Fi. The batteries kept the meals going regardless of a WiFi outage. The app is simple and walks you through every step. If you suck at setting up stuff or just suck at new apps, don’t fret, this is for you. The camera is perfection. Takes great photos and video. It moves around The voice memo is cool and easy to set up Cons It’s too light. My male kitten Kody pushes it over even when it’s full. I stacked books on top of it to keep him from pushing it over. The way the bowls are fastened to the machine makes it too easy for cats to knock it out of place. Once my cats started sniffing around the bowl and food mat for crumbs they knock the bowls out of place and my cats have to eat from the floor. Although the bowl pushing and lightness of the machine piss me off I LOVE THIS MACHINE and will never buy another brand. 4 stars and it would be 5 if it wasn’t so fragile with the bowls.

I bought this automatic feeder for my two cats for when I go away for a day. It is perfect for them. They hear the food drop into the bowls and they come running. There is a camera that I can control the angle and bowls that come with this machine. I had a little trouble connecting to WIFI in the beginning of setting this up but once it connected it's super easy to use. Camera is great and fun to watch my cats eating. I don't usually feed them hard food only wet food but this does the job if I need to be away from home. So far so good, had it for over a week now.
