My kids had one of these 20 some years ago and I was duct taping it to keep it in use. I’m glad to have found this one. It is nicely made and I hope it will hold up. I wish it was half the price but oh well, I use I do use it for pool exercise.

A Huge Hit At The Pool!
This underwater surf board has been an absolute blast to use. The high-density foam feels durable and buoyant, and the non-slip texture gives kids a secure grip while they’re diving, kicking, or gliding through the water. It has held up well after multiple trips to the pool and still looks great. What surprised us most is just how much fun everyone had with it. It quickly became one of the most used pool toys, encouraging active play and underwater games instead of just floating around. It’s lightweight enough for kids to carry on their own but sturdy enough to inspire confidence in the water. The size is just right for easy handling, and the smooth shape lets it glide nicely beneath the surface. If you’re looking for something different to keep the kids entertained this summer, this is a fantastic choice. It looks like all the fun in the world, and after using it, I’d say it delivers. A great value for the dollar!

Fun Pool Toy, But A Bit Overpriced
This underwater surf board/kickboard is definitely fun and something a little different from typical pool toys. Kids enjoy trying to balance underwater, “surf,” and chase it around the pool — it keeps them entertained longer than expected. The foam construction feels solid and durable. Most of these boards are made from high-density EVA foam with non-slip texture, which helps with underwater balancing and gives it decent longevity in chlorinated pools. What I liked: Fun and unique underwater balancing toy Durable high-density foam construction Non-slip texture helps with grip Good size for kids to maneuver underwater Encourages active pool play Where it loses a star is the price. At around $26–$27, it feels a bit high for what is essentially a foam pool toy. There are similar underwater boards and kickboards available in the $10–$20 range that provide similar fun. Still, the quality is good and kids really enjoy it — just wish it were priced a little lower. Overall: fun, durable, and entertaining — just slightly overpriced. Solid 4 stars.

Kids will enjoy the challenge of balancing while in the water

Great option for fun in the pool or other large bodies of water. Helps build balance control underwater. Do be careful it can push up if you lose your balance and if you tip over you could hit your head on the edge of the pool. It isn't a floatation device like a pool noodle. Although it would be okay to use for buoyancy in a pinch. It is light and easy to carry to the community pool. The green and yellow colors are vibrant yet soft. It looks like it is covered in fabric but it isn't. It is about 28" long end to end, best for young children, although I am sure the adults might borrow it because that's what some adults do. We didn't try this at the lake or coast but it would be fun. With the lack of walls/edges nearby it would make it feel more safe for the head when falling into the water.
