    • Cleans cashmere sweaters without shrinking

I bought this for two cashmere sweaters that I couldn't afford to shrink. I read that Woolite was great for this material. After soaking my sweaters in water with some Woolite for several hours, I saw dirty water in the small bowl. I rinsed them many times and squeezed water out until I saw the water get clearer. Then, I put them on a beach towel and folded them over to extract out as much water as possible. The last step I took was to lay them on a rack so that they didn't stretch. Clean sweaters without getting them dry cleaned! Did they shrink though? It's hard to say because they still fit me but maybe they got a little tighter (by 1%?). It's difficult to say as I could have gained a little weight. The bottom line is that I would use Woolite again and again because it's economical and works. ... show more

Received soap in a box that the bottle had to be laid down in. There was visible seepage coming from the box as I picked it up off my porch. I lost probably a quarter of the bottle in the shipping fiasco. The lid was closed tight it was the bottle and lid design itself that causes it to leak it seems. Other than losing a quarter of what I paid for this soap worked perfectly, as promised on my wool sweater. I use it for delicacies. Love it. I just want to give you an idea on shipping. I got the package in the box but thru shipping box was probably thrown around . One bottle s lid got lose and some liquid leaked out. Not enough to be replaced. Some Companies TAPE the lids with strong tape.
