When shopping for electric bikes, I found prices and features to be all over the place. we wanted an electric bike that would fold so we could take it in our SUV or in our travel trailer. We didn't want a folding 20" bike, which is what mostly what is associated with a folding electric bike. When we found the Totguard 26" folding electric bike, it checked all of our boxes. This bike looked tough with a mountain bike style, fat tires , wider seat, headlight, folding frame and a 500 watt motor. We liked the looks and features of the ebike so much that we purchased two (His and Her's). at 62 and 59 years old, we wanted an ebike so we could get a work out, but also have the ease of using power when needed. Assembly was a breeze, with 75% of the ebike already assembled upon arrival. I am 5-8" and my wife is 5-9" and the bike fits us both comfortably and is fun to ride. It appears to be of good quality and time will tell how well it holds up. I would like to find additional spare batteries, but that looks like it will take some time and research to locate who someone who sells them. Overall, Two thumbs up! ... show more

I am a keen 5'4 and a half. I'm not tall, but I'm not too short either. I read that you should be about 5'4-5'5 and up. I barely touch the ground, but when I stop the bike, I can rest and sit on the middle part (battery area) if you will. That being said, I LOVE this thing. Set up was easy (make sure the front tire is on the right side so the breaks align. My first ride, I took it 5 miles around my neighborhood. I made sure to get on some dirt and gravel trails as well. It handled beautifully on all surfaces. The tires are amazing, as they take in every major bump without issue. The seat is also very comfortable (and I have a somewhat wider bottom). The next day, I took it 7 miles and it was a Rockstar. The assist is powerful, and it's been a great entry into riding again. I also have arthritis so when I'm having a bit of a sore day, it's helpful to be able to use the assist when I need to. I love that it folds. It fits in the back of my Crosstrek just fine. I have yet to take it to my local park, (it's been too cold in PA), but I tested it to see if it would fit. I would not recommend lifting this thing on top of a car. It's HEAVY. Packaging was great. 0 issues with delivery (After I went through buying a bike a few weeks before and having it get lost, I was grateful this came early!). DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Item arrived early and is of sturdy construction. There is nothing else good I can say about it. The bike is heavy for me and i am a former power lifter. I am 5'11'' and the center bar is right at my groin with both feet on the ground. There is no touching the ground if i am on the seat. You would need to be at least 6'2'' to ride this bike comfortably. It arrived rusted and unusable. (See pictures)The piece they put on to protect the derailer during shipment was over tightened and the allen head bolt stripped. You can't take it off which means gears 6 and 7 would be unusable. This piece also wraps around the axle for the rear rim. That means you can't remove the tire until you get that piece off. You'll need a hacksaw or some other metal cutting device to do so. Good luck changing a flat. No matter how much you tighten the steering, the front tire changes direction independently from the handle bars. I'm sure it would have been a great bike before it sat in a warehouse rusting for 5 years. Now I have to take that damn thing apart, stuff it back in the box, and rent a truck to drag it to fed ex to get my money back! VERY DISAPPOINTED. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!!!!!!! INSPECT YOUR DAMNED PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU SHIP THEM!. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER THE SECOND I SAW IT WAS SHIPPING FROM GEORGIA! I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. THE SELLER REACHED OUT TO ASK WHAT WAS WRONG. I LAYED IT OUT AND SENT PICTURES. THE SELLER HAS BEEN COMPLETELY SILENT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! I've had this for 5 months now and about 350 miles. I'm 6' and/was 265 pounds. I'm now at 245 lbs. This bike performs very well. Wooken customer service has been quick to respond to my questions and made recommendations for accessories that fit this bike. The ride is smooth and range is around 15 mile with throttle only! Any and all pedaling will just add to this range. You need to look at all the cables to insure they are properly set. Go front to back and check that all the nuts and bolts are secured. At this price point, that is expected. This is a heavy, but stable, bike. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to enter the ebike world 🌍 on a budget. ... show more

UPDATE: I ended up selling the bike locally. The seller couldn't help with the return since I didn't have the original box. That's not their fault. They've been pretty understanding and helpful throughout this entire saga. Again, it's a great bike. It looks beautiful but please only buy it if you are 5'9 and above or have a longer leg to torso ratio. If they had a 26 inch fat tire bike with a smaller geometry, then I would buy from them again. This bike is tall. They suggested 5'7 and above. That is a lie. Do not buy if you're smaller than 5'9. Now I have a massive bike that I cannot return since I don't have the box anymore. It was easy to assemble and it is a gorgeous bike. It works out of the box. Nothing was missing and they give you all the tools to assemble the bike. The manual is not as detailed on the assembly portion but you can figure it out after a tiny amount of head scratching. I would have loved to give it 5 starts but I can't use it. ... show more
