The media could not be loaded. Received the 3 piece tool set today and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find 3 torx keys for replacing the cutter heads. There were also replacement screws and heads as seen in the photo. There were a couple of machine marks on the shaft of the tool, but the underside was smooth and slid nicely along the tool rest. I had padauk blanks glued up for a cigar pen so I tried out the round head. It made very short work of the blank. I attached a video of the tool at work. Forgive the stuttering, that was me trying to hold the camera with one hand and run the tool with the other. The tools measure 17" tip to tail and they felt good in my hands, much lighter than the Rikon set I have and I did see some advantage to the square tool shaft. The machining of these were not in the same category as the Rikon, but neither is the pricing. My wife gave it a try as well and she found them comfortable to use as well. Time will tell how they hold up, but I found them surprisingly smooth for the price point. ... show more

Package was broken up and small screws and ends scattered in box. Was able to find all pieces in nasty styrofoam. Tools are nice to use with square shafts and sharp, cutting easily through walnut I used to turn 10 inch bowl. Long handles made them easy to control. These came and were ready to use. They work well and hold the edges very well. I've done several pens already and haven't had to turn the edges.
