HONEST REVIEW! I will admit reading the review I was a little nervous but overall am satisfied. Heads up it comes in 3 boxes. two were delivered one day and the third came the next day. There are A LOT of pieces! and it took me the better part of an entire day to assemble myself. Some other reviews stated unclear instructions and no extra pieces (screws etc) this is fairly true there are no extra pieces so be very careful you don't lose any of the million that are there lol! Also, there are multiple types of screw in some bags and it isn't always clear which is which so it can be a little tough. The instructions were not great but fairly clear. As to those who broke or split pieces I had no issues with that, you just need to tighten gently listen to the wood and don't over do it. It seems quite sturdy the panels in the railing for the stairs rattle a little when my son goes up and down but I am no way afraid the thing will collapse. the labeling of the parts was good all had stickers but one piece so by process of elimination it was easy to locate. Overall was a good price for the product I received I am sure assembly would be faster with two people!

We bought this for our granddaughter it really is perfect. The 4 Stars are due to instructions not as clear as I would have thought. My husband a finished carpenter, and it took him 4 days to complete with help. The results are a 5 star. Solid and perfect for her

The media could not be loaded. Instructions weren’t the best, but not terrible. Pay attention to distances between a hole and the right/left end. ZERO DREADED CAM BOLTS!! This bed uses lag screws and threaded bolts with cross dowels, you slip the machine threaded cross dowel in a hole and screw in the bolt. STRONG, RELIABLE JOINT! My 5 year old and 2 year old have been climbing and bouncing on it since the moment I was done, solid and strong. As this is going to be her bed for awhile, I glued all mortise joints and put a thick bead of wood glue on all lag screws before running them in. Quick and cheap guarantee that this bed will be solid, safe and strong for years to come. Again, one of the best kit beds I’ve ever assembled. The quality is unbelievable for the price, double would still have been very, very reasonable for this. Drawers are typical, will reinforce with L-brackets and will last as long as the bed. Don’t wait. Room is a game changer for my daughter

This is very cheap material and the instructions are wrong and don't make any sense. I had to go back multiple steps and fix things that do not fit or work. I tried to return but seller refuses to pay for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Over all the set is pretty awesome. The instructions however, leave much to be desired. This is not a beginner friendly project in my opinion. The stairs in particular. I don't suggest trying to put it together without an extra pair of hands. Suggestions for getting the best outcome... 1) sort and label hardware before anything else. 2) pay very close attention to the details of the photos in the instructions. I had to redo the stairs twice. 3) extra hands are especially useful for putting the bed portion together and for stepping in when you want to pull your hair out because the hinges are not as they should be. 4) plan for this taking more than one day to put together. All in all, I would definitely buy this again.
