  • Perfect for Kittens: Engaging, Fun, and Great for Socialization
I cannot remember the last time a group of kittens got so involved with a toy. As a foster caregiver for orphaned kittens, I’ve seen plenty of scratching posts and cat trees, but this one captured their curiosity. At first, they were cautious—sniffing, reaching out to touch it, and circling around it, trying to figure out this new thing in their space. It didn’t take long before they climbed the sisal rope stairs, swatted at the hanging ball, and eventually discovered the net. And once they figured that out? Climbing madness! Kittens love to climb almost anything, and this setup encourages natural play behaviors while keeping them active and entertained. After hours of play, I found three kittens, fast asleep, curled up together in the lower bed. My older cats weren’t as interested, preferring larger structures, but they still engaged with the kittens, showing them how to interact with it. This cat tree became more than just a toy; it encouraged socialization, helping kittens learn to coexist and interact with older cats. This is a welcomed addition for kitten fosterers or anyone with young, playful cats. It provides mental and physical stimulation, encourages healthy feline behaviors, and keeps the little ones entertained for hours! ... show more

  • ROPE DANGER
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND REMOVE THE ROPE. Yes, it looks adorable, but it's the perfect size for a cat to shove their head in and get caught. I knew this going in and prepared to omit it if the size was off and I did, leaving it as the triangle shape rather than giving that climbing side. Otherwise, it's a decent size for small cats and kittens and most of the use I see from it comes from the hammock rather than the scratching posts. It's cute but expensive for what it is, but if you have particularly rowdy young cats who like to climb it can be a good addition. However, you will want to put it against a wall or add some grips to the bottom if it isn't on carpet as, while it can be fun for cats, it isn't the most sturdy with a full force jump. The tower itself holds together well and doesn't wiggle but it's easy for it to topple over with the right force. All in all, WITH THE ROPES REMOVED, it's a fun, if expensive, toy. ... show more

  • Can be fatal for small cats
****DO NOT USE THIS FOR KITTENS****. I almost lost a three month old kitten due to his neck getting caught in the rope. This toy is extremely hazardous
Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2025 by The cable is as described. However, the crimpers broke after the second time cutting the cable and nearly broke my husband’s finger. I do not recommend purchasing this particular kit.

  • My Cats Love This
I ordered this cat scratching post/tower because I wanted my cats to have something a little different to keep them busy while I work. There is alot to like about it: 1) It was easy to put together, and although the assembly directions were brief, they were very easy to understand. The only step that I had to really stop and think about was how to attach the netting...but I let my teen figure that out. (You just can weave the included string around the perimeter of the net attaching it to the frame) 2) The materials are good quality. The wood is soft and well-sanded, and the included hardware is decent too. 3) The final result is attractive to look at and goes nicely in my office. 4) My cats absolutely love the thing. I will say that I sprayed a bit of catnip on it, but I don't think that's why since two out of three of my cats don't get affected by that very much. My only concern with this is that one of my cats loves to stick his head through the netting and it takes him a little bit of effort to get it back out. I think it's fine, but if my cats wore collars, I would probably forgo the net -- just not attach it -- because I could imagine them getting stuck. I am still considering removing it. All in all I think this is a pretty great cat tree and I do recommend it. ... show more

  • Pretty Good, Short Extra Rope and A Couple Bolts Hard to Turn
The finished item is good. The little side cutouts are cute and there's lots of stimulus for a cat. The natural pine and sisal rope attracted my cat immediately. There was a few hiccups during assembly. The first is, you should pay attention to if the middle wood supports are on the inside or outside. I think either would work, so it'd be your preference, and you probably want them both to match. The second is, I had some trouble with a few of the bolts getting stuck. I solved the issue by using a power driver with the clutch set lower. You could also solve it by putting a bit of soap on the bolts. The last thing is, it instructs you to tie the net to the sides with the extra included rope. I did this by doing a spiral up the first leg with each spiral coinciding with the net loop. I went to do this with the second side and didn't have enough included rope. There's no real specifics on how to do it, and looking at the pictures here it seems instead of doing that, they actually wove the net itself onto the legs. They should have included plenty of rope, especially since it doesn't specify how you should go about doing it so different people will use more or less rope! Overall, though, I'm happy with the finished result and can recommend it. ... show more

  • Sturdy and Comfortable, But Takes Up Space
The sisal perch is perfect for scratching and the overall design provides plenty of space for cats to play and rest. It’s sturdy and well-built, ensuring it can withstand active cats. However, the tower is quite large and may take up a significant amount of space in smaller rooms. Overall, it's a great multi-functional piece of furniture for cats, but consider your available space before purchasing. ... show more

  • Lightweight and sturdy! Use your own phillips head screwdriver.
I like the size and design, but I did make a mistake or two assembling it. The net seemed to be the most hassle to put on. There are numerous holes in the "A" frames to install the rungs at different heights. My cat does like the hammock.
