I have been using these (4 of them) in my home for a couple of months now. I really like them. They look modern and have a strong flush. Follow the instructions (take the time to read them before you start! use the tools and everything else provided!) and you will not have problems with installation. I would give these toilets 5 stars except that they leave "poop tracks", which I find disgusting. I am 61 years old and I have never left "poop tracks" in my life. Trust me, you will be leaving "poop tracks" yourself. These toilets leave "poop tracks" everytime. I am trying to come up with a solution. I think two things are leading to "poop tracks". 1.) the design of the bottom of the toilet bowl right at the exit area and 2.) there simply is not enough water in the bowl. I am going to try and increase the amount of water in the bowl somehow. I plan on calling Woodbridge to see if they have a suggestion. Another reason for not giving these 5 stars is the difficulty in removing "the freak'n water sense stickers!" from the front of the toilet. You will spend a lot of frustrating time and effort removing these. I worked on removing these stickers off and on for days! Lol! ... show more

It is what it is for the price. The workmanship is subpar compared to several traditional brands such as Kholer or Toto. The first one developed a hairline cracks at the bowl that caused leak. Two separate replacements came broken. The fourth one also had a hairline crack at the back just below the tank. I try to repair it using epoxy but discovered that there are many more defects inside the toilet skirt. I will not be surprised that many owners of this toilet will discover hairline cracks or leaks down the road because of poor workmanship. ... show more

This was our second purchase of the same to Toilet we liked the first one so much. One complaint. I am very.handy and struggled to install in a tight location. May want to have a plumber install if not handy. Water coming through the ceiling would not be good. Overall, plan on buying a third and fourth when we remodel our other two bathrooms. ... show more

Installation isn't for the faint of heart. Because I'm a contractor I have a fantastic plumber who after reading the instructions carefully installed them in a snap.
