This thing is awesome! The lights, the heater, the essential oils thingy, etc, plus it is a great price. I play a lot of tennis and Iām 64 yrs old. This works wonders after a long match or whenever I just want to sit in it before workā¦which is at least 3x per week. Iām 6ā1ā and needed something I could cover my whole body with in a short tub space. I wanted it to be a stand up shower too and had my plumber re-do some piping and it worked out well. The hand held valve went to a diverter valve which gives me shower or a hand-held on the wall. I also had my cabinet guy put in a small cabinet behind the tub for small storage. The hardest thing was the glass door, but I have a creative glass guy and he did a fantastic job! Youāll have to zoom in on the photos to see glass. Very happy!

I FEEL THE "0" SCORE DESERVES AN EXPLANATION---- MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT THE TOP OF THE LINE āWALK-IN TUBā. IT HAS COLORED LIGHTINGāJET WATER MASSAGEāWATER HEATER -- BUBBLER AND A SHOWER NOZZLE ON A STAINLESS STEAL HOSE FOR EASE-OF-USE BACK IN JULY-2024. WE HAVE BEEN RETIRED FOR A FEW YEARS AND JUSTIFIED āWE COULD HAVE NICE THINGSā. IT WAS GREAT UNTILL ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. I WAS SOAKING IN THE TUB WITH THE BUBBLER AND JETS GOING. THE TUB WAS ABOUT HALF FULL WHEN I DECIDED IT WAS TIME FOR MY SHOWER. I REACHED FOR THE SHOWER NOZZLE (WHICH WAS CONNECTED TO THE EARTH BY WATER AND COPPER PIPES) TO PLACE IT ON THE WALL MOUNT. THE MOMENT I TOUCHED THE SHOWER NOZZLE---IT SHOCKED THE āHECKā OUT OF ME. THE GFCI WORKED AND OPENED THE CIRCUT. I REPORTED THIS TO THE MERCHANT. THEY WERE STUMPED AS I WAS BUT---WE WERE BOTH CONCERNED (OR SO I THOUGHT) ABOUT MY FAMLIES SAFETY. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH IDEAS (MOSTLY THEM SAYING THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE AND COULD NOT HAPPEN). 1āI SPOKE TO MY LOCAL ELECTRCTION AND WE CAME UP WITH SOME IDEAS. 2āCHANGED THE GFCI 3āINSPECTED THE MOTORS FOR CUTāPINCHED WIRES 4āINSPECTED THE LIGHTING HORNESS FOR SNAGSāCUTSāETC. EVERY ONE OF THESE CAUSED THE SYSTEM TO NO LONGER BE A SHOCK HAZARD FOR 1 DAY TO A WEEK. WE KNEW THE SHORT WAS BACK BECAUSE THE GFCI WOULD THROW AND NOT ALLOW RESET. FINALLY--- WE BROUGHT THE LICENCED ELECTRITION BACK. HE COMPLETLY DISCONECTED THE ENTIRE TUB THENāBROUGHT IT BACK ON LINE ONE STEP AT A TIMEāTESTING FOR LIVE VOLTAGE IN THE TUB. EACH STEP TESTED NEGATIVE FOR VOLTAGE IN THE TUB. WHEN THIS WAS COMPLETED, HE DECLARED THE TUB SAFE FOR USE. WE WERE HAPPY UNTIL 3 NIGHTS AGO (JUNE 16, 2025). I WAS RELAXING IN THE TUB WITH THE WATER JETS RELAXING MY BODY WHEN TIME TO EXIT ARRIVED---I TURNED ON THE BUBBLER TO STIR UP THE WATER BEFORE OPENING THE DRAIN. WHEN I PUSHED THE BUTTON, I HEARD THE GFCI SLAM OPEN. I DIDNāT GET SHOCKED THIS TIME BECAUSE I DID NOT TOUCH THE SHOWER NOZZLE. I TESTED THE GFCI 3 TIMES BY CLICKING IT ON AND TURNING ON THE BUBBLER. THIS PRODUCED A SNAP OPEN CIRCUIT FROM THE GFCI THANK GOODNESS THE GFCI WORKED OR MY WIFE OR I COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AGAIN WITH THE BELOW E-MAIL------- Jun 15, 2025, 18:37 ED I am sorry to inform you that we need to reopen the investigation on me getting shocked in my walk-in tub. It happened again last night. SAME AS BEFOREā---I OVERFILLED THE TUB AND IT DRAINED OUT OF THE OVERFLOW DRAIN. I WAS USING THE JETS. WHEN I PROCEDED TO GET OUT OF THE TUBā-I TURNED ON THE BUBBLER TO STIRR UP THE WATER BEFORE DRAINING. THE GFCI IMEDIEATLY BROKE THE CIRCUT. I DIDN'T GET SHOCKED THIS TIME BECAUSE I DIDN'T TOUCH THE SHOWER NOZZLE. AFTER GETTING OUT OF THE TUB, I RESET THE GFCI AND TURNED THE LIGHTS ON. I THEN TRIED TO TURN ON THE BUBBLERā--GFCI DID WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO DOā-OPEN THE CIRCUT. I HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. I WILL TRY TO CALL YOU MONDAY (JUNE 16-2025) I THINK WE NEED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION TO FIGURE OUT WHERE WE GO FROM HERE. THIS WAS THE LAST CONTACT FROM THE MANUFACTUR We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly refrain from using or manipulating the tub any further. I ordered this for my elderly parents who can not get in and out of a regular tub. They had one of their bathrooms remodeled so they could fit it in. They like being able to use it and how fast it fills up. They love the jets. The only drawback is that my mother has trouble remembering which buttons to push for what she wants to use. We have to leave a "cheat-sheet" taped up to the wall for her.

I usually dont write the review, but this one deserves it, since there are not that many reviews. First of all, it is good product and great customer support! Amazon messed up my shipping, which was kinda expected because I ordered it before christmas. I got the wrong side tub, but I contacted the seller and they shipped the correct bath right away and were very responsive. The tub is very heavy. You would need 2-3 ppl to set it up. The set up was kinda challenging because it required new wiring. So make sure you schedule an appointment with electrician. Wiring did cost me additional $500. Connection with water pipes was not hard, but you would need some tools to make a good seal between the drain pipe and the tub drain tube. Let's talk about tub performance. Jets work great, there are two options. Kids call these options: stream and bubbles. Lighting is kinda cool, and creates a cozy feeling. Tub maintains temperature, which is super nice, because I do not like the idea of adding hot water every time when it gets cold. It is deep, so you can actually soak completely. Overall: great product, we use it daily for about 3 months and had no issue so far.

Their directions are horrible, youāre gonna need a good hot water tank to fill it with at least warm water, itās very narrow. I can barely fit in it I have an inch on each side when I sit in there Iām 187 pounds.5 11. I would be concerned if you weigh more than that. The pillow is plastic thereās nothing soft about it and the quick fill? It takes 15 minutes to fill this bathtub while you sit there and wait for it to fill . It randomly just shuts off all the time I canāt get a warranty because I had someone I know install it so they donāt have a license to put on the warrantyā¦ biggest regret..

This tub is NOT like your grandparents' walk-in tub! It is an awesome relaxation experience. I had a licensed contractor install it to ensure no electrical or plumbing requirements would be missed. In addition I had a waterproof TV installed on a hydraulic lift at one end of my tub which I raise or lower with the touch of a button. Together with the constant muscle-relaxing temperature of the tub's set-it and forget-it thermostat, massage jets, color-changing lights, aromatherapy, and the TV, this walk-in tub is the perfect retreat. I've had it operational for about a year now with no regrets.
