This thing is awesome! The lights, the heater, the essential oils thingy, etc, plus it is a great price. I play a lot of tennis and I’m 64 yrs old. This works wonders after a long match or whenever I just want to sit in it before work…which is at least 3x per week. I’m 6’1” and needed something I could cover my whole body with in a short tub space. I wanted it to be a stand up shower too and had my plumber re-do some piping and it worked out well. The hand held valve went to a diverter valve which gives me shower or a hand-held on the wall. I also had my cabinet guy put in a small cabinet behind the tub for small storage. The hardest thing was the glass door, but I have a creative glass guy and he did a fantastic job! You’ll have to zoom in on the photos to see glass. Very happy!

This tub is NOT like your grandparents' walk-in tub! It is an awesome relaxation experience. I had a licensed contractor install it to ensure no electrical or plumbing requirements would be missed. In addition I had a waterproof TV installed on a hydraulic lift at one end of my tub which I raise or lower with the touch of a button. Together with the constant muscle-relaxing temperature of the tub's set-it and forget-it thermostat, massage jets, color-changing lights, aromatherapy, and the TV, this walk-in tub is the perfect retreat. I've had it operational for about a year now with no regrets.

Great Walk-in Tub!! Tub was easier to setup than expected. All the features work, as advertised. I love the massage feature and the “neon lights.” Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend!

nice looking tub, BUT it won't work {the jets won't come on} has a bad computer control module, mfg says it is back ordered, still waiting since feb 2023 and no module, I agreed to install it myself, so they don't have to even pay for a service man, then finally said they would take one out of a new unit and send to me, but after 2 weeks still no module, now they say they don't have any new units to take it out of, now i am stuck, if I send back to Amazon I have to pack it back up on a shipping skid, not to mention uninstalling it, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR --DON'T BUY THIS TUB !!

My son "tested" the tub after it was installed and discovered it took over an hour to fill and was luke warm. After consulting with other son does this for a living, decided we needed to install an adapter on the hot water tank to mix hot and cold water (about $90) and crank the hot water tank temp to max. Then we needed to replace water line to tub with 3/4" pex to improve rate of water flow (tub is 1/2" so there needs to be a step down between the pex and the tub). We are hoping that these changes will address the issues we discovered.

I usually dont write the review, but this one deserves it, since there are not that many reviews. First of all, it is good product and great customer support! Amazon messed up my shipping, which was kinda expected because I ordered it before christmas. I got the wrong side tub, but I contacted the seller and they shipped the correct bath right away and were very responsive. The tub is very heavy. You would need 2-3 ppl to set it up. The set up was kinda challenging because it required new wiring. So make sure you schedule an appointment with electrician. Wiring did cost me additional $500. Connection with water pipes was not hard, but you would need some tools to make a good seal between the drain pipe and the tub drain tube. Let's talk about tub performance. Jets work great, there are two options. Kids call these options: stream and bubbles. Lighting is kinda cool, and creates a cozy feeling. Tub maintains temperature, which is super nice, because I do not like the idea of adding hot water every time when it gets cold. It is deep, so you can actually soak completely. Overall: great product, we use it daily for about 3 months and had no issue so far.

This model fits a person below 200 lbs., better. It's nice to be able to shower and bathe in it. Quality parts underneath. I'm adding to my review after owning and using this tub for two plus years. It's like brand new and function very well. I'm a physically challenged veteran and I found this to be a great solution for hygiene which otherwise could not happen. It has provided a safe means for bathing with someone with physical challenges below the waist. The temperature range is great, the propulsion pressure out of the Jets is good, the lighting helps when you're in a darkened room and outside light is not available. The handicap accessible bars offer additional safety for entry and exit. The knob flooring helps for additional gripping especially when the surface is wet. I'm glad I didn't hesitate to purchase because I have had opportunity for bathing and relaxation and this unit. I suggest you don't hesitate with your purchase either. Please consider when installing a unit like this, the floor and joist and footage that will have to support the added weight. I had to have all three reinforced to hold the weight of 100 gallons of water and this unit combined is about a thousand pounds put into a area of about 24 square feet that's a good amount of load for a floor to have to hold. Don't install on an average floor make sure to reinforce. Then Enjoy it

Their directions are horrible, you’re gonna need a good hot water tank to fill it with at least warm water, it’s very narrow. I can barely fit in it I have an inch on each side when I sit in there I’m 187 pounds.5 11. I would be concerned if you weigh more than that. The pillow is plastic there’s nothing soft about it and the quick fill? It takes 15 minutes to fill this bathtub while you sit there and wait for it to fill . It randomly just shuts off all the time I can’t get a warranty because I had someone I know install it so they don’t have a license to put on the warranty… biggest regret..
