Arrived damaged, but the vendor got back to me swiftly and corrected the problem. This tub is a great deal. Installed quickly and had no leaks from the overflow. I initially installed without the drain seal and still had no leaks.

    • Not what I expected at all for a new home.

Tub continues to pour water onto my floor. We have replaced the drainage tube but there is water coming from some area when drained. Have had plumbers out multiple times. New construction. The underneath shell could be a little deeper to allow for the hose to run without kinking it off.

Bathtime is beautiful and every bit as good as I could’ve possibly expected. That being said the shipper walked up to my house which is up on a small hill and proceeded to ask me if I could come down and bring it up the hill. Then he obviously had not worked at the job very long because he didn’t know how to load it properly on the pallet jack and besides that the box was completely open. The tub was not wrapped with anything to protect it and the straps were not even on the box. I had to look at it very carefully to make sure that it hadn’t had any damage. Nothing should be shipped like this. Also it was loose in the box with nothing around it to keep it from moving around or something damaging it. Not good at all ... show more
