I haven’t installed the tub yet but it was packaged great and was well protected. Once I get it installed I will either up or lower my stars.

I haven’t even put water in the tub yet and I am very dissatisfied. Very nice looking whirlpool bathtub (EMP-JT319). Shipping was as stated and arrived on time. However, the pump mounts are cross threaded upon arrival. There is no parts list that I can find. I’m having to try and find new mounts. The steel holes for the mounts were not drilled. Looks like they were punched or something. The frame holes are sharp and sticking down so nuts won’t tighten on mounts. No wonder the mounts are stripped. None of the hoses have any clamps on them. They are glued in. I’m thinking at some point they will leak. I’m gonna put clamps on all of them. The directions are horrible. No parts list, no telephone number for assistance, no parts breakdown whatsoever. Beautiful tub, but very cheaply built. Real shame for the money it costs. Would not purchase again. Have to give it one star to send, but would give it a negative star if I could.

Edited: I'm actually editing this after OUR bath last night. For reference, my husband is 6'5 300lbs and I'm 5'5 158, and we fit comfortably. His feet didn't even hang out nor did he have to sit uncomfortably. We sat in the tub for an hour and a half and it never lost the heat. This is now one of my favorite parts of our house! I actually ordered this a few months back but just now finished our renovations and installed the tub. Took a bath last night for the first time and I love it!!! Stayed in for over an hour because it kept the water at 83 degrees. Didn't even take that long to fill up. Installation was a little tricky but all worked out.

Bought this bathtub for a full bathroom remodel, thinking it would be nice for two people to enjoy together. It certainly is pretty, and it's distinctive. Everyone who sees it loves it. However, it is very small and would only accommodate two very small people. Would be perfect for two small children actually. I am 5'10" and very easily fill up the tub just by myself. There's nothing close to full submersion for someone my size, let alone two people. The digital display is a little confusing; you have to play with it to figure it out. One of the options or features does nothing when selected. The tub fills either through the oblong stainless steel waterfall spout, or with the handheld shower head. Either works well, but it does take a while to fill the tub. Unfortunately, the oblong stainless steel waterfall feature has already started corroding, even though it has only been used a handful of times. The jets are very strong, almost too strong for the size of the tub. Honestly, I would not buy this again, and would encourage you not to as well. I do enjoy it, but only by myself. The pictures make it look larger than it is. It's a little misleading.

I had my bathroom remodeled last summer and the tub's working out really well. It looks fancy and has plenty of great features. It arrived in a huge wooden crate that required special delivery. It was well packed and padded. As an important note, I'd strongly advise professional installation as its electrical and plumbing needs are pretty challenging. My one annoyance in using the tub is that the touch controls don't like being wet, which is an easy enough problem to resolve, but pretty funny for a bathtub.
