Delivery: very easy, scheduling was simple. The driver rolled the box into my garage on the pallet jack. The tub itself is comfy, not too slick, and looks great. Only complaint is that since the drain plug is in the center, it's very easy to accidentally press the drain plug and open it while you're just sitting there, which kinda takes away from the whole "relaxation" part of a nice bath. ... show more
