I was just looking and went through so many for 2 days. I put each one I liked in my cart not wanting to forget and would be able to compare. This one had everything I was looking for. The cut out handles, reversible and the grove to catch liquids. I couldn't wait to get it. I will say I am very impressed, etter than expected, LOVE it. I took a Pic and sent to my daughter from another. She loves it and wants one. I also bought one for a friend but believe its from another maker in black, so we are waiting on that one. Wish this one was in black and I would have bought it for them. If you are looking for a great looking board/stove cover this is a MUST have

I had to return this because it didn’t fit properly over my counter top stovetop. BUT it was really nice and I would have kept it if the size was right. Measure your stovetop and compare to make sure it’s the correct size.

I love this! It’s very sturdy & looks great on my stove. It slides around a little on my gas stovetop, so it isn’t a perfect fit, but it still serves its purpose well and I’m happy with it overall.

to be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t real thrilled about spending that kind of money for something like this. I simply don’t use my cooktop for my oven. I have a ninja crispy that I use all the time and I do use the oven from time to time as well so to open up that space because I have a very small condo very very small kitchen. It’s all mid-century modern and that walnut noodle board they call. It is absolutely beautiful. It is the most perfect fit? It is such quality I mean it’s gorgeous. I won’t be cutting on it. That’s for sure. It’s too beautiful for that. But it gives me that extra counter space and I took two pieces of gorilla putty, each the size of a small piece of gum and put it on the bottom corner of the board and it adheres to the surface of my cooktop without damaging it and it allows the board to stay in place without moving the slightest. It’s beyond beautiful it’s absolutely perfect. It just looks so nice. I highly recommend it and yes, it’s worth every damn penny.

There are a couple cosmetic flaws, but if you wanted perfect, you'd buy tacky-looking plastic. I've taken a picture of the flaws (under harsh light) so you can decide if they bother you at their worst. The first is some ugliness around the join on the interior of the underside. That won't show unless you're using it as a serving tray. The second is a seam that isn't quite closed which, again, you have to look hard to find. At the time of this review, the product description says it's "sized at 29.5" x 21.5" which is smaller than the exterior dimensions as I measured them (I'm getting 29" by 21"). The interior dimensions as I measured them are about 28.3 inches by a bit under 20 inches, not 28.33 inches by 20.3 inches. It doesn’t quite fit my stove, probably because my stove’s "burners" go all the way to the edge (see pic). I really wish it did fit, because the wood itself is drop dead gorgeous. It just glows (except in the juice-catching divot; not sure why they didn’t put finish in that groove). I think the look will work with all sorts of kitchen decoration schemes because it’s got enough character to be fun to look at but isn’t quirky enough to detract from the rest of a kitchen’s design. As you can see from my pictures, it doesn't look quite as dark and chocolaty as the product photo, but the beauty of the wood is more obvious on the product I received since it's less homogenous. The cover didn’t scratch when I tested it chopping with a chef’s knife. (When I checked an inconspicuous area to be sure, it did scratch easily with the point of a knife.) Be aware it's heavy; it weighs about ten pounds.
