If you have back pains, this mattress is for you! It's firm, but not that so it's uncomfortable, and you won't want to leave your bed. I suffer from back pain from previous jobs in which I had to carry a lot of weight without any accommodations to avoid this kind of issues, and this mattress it's perfect for that! I really like this mattress. I've had several over the years, but this one is great quality and so far is holding it's shape beautifully. I also purchased the Bamboo brand pillows and really like them as well. Good quality for the price.

I only gave the softness rating a 2 because it is definitely not as plush as what you'd expect from a mattress-in-a-box memory foam purchase. It is definitely more firm than what the initial description explains, but I absolutely LOVE that part of it. It's still plush but it has a beautiful firmness to it that you wouldn't get normally for a solid slab of memory foam. It was fully inflated in less than an hour which was also very nice considering the turnaround time other people were complaining of with other leading mattresses. There's not a horrible smell at all. I bought a queen size for just me and my cat and it's great. It fits very nicely in a smaller apartment room in case size is a concern for some people. I bought the 10-inch and I can't honestly give this a good enough review. For buying my first-ever mattress, I don't think I went with a dumb choice. I have recommended several people this mattress solely because the soft firmness is gorgeous.

This mattress has really comfortable memory foam. It is medium in softness. When I place my hand on the mattress and remove it I can see my handprint. I feel no pressure on my bony prominences. My absolute Fav was the affordability :)
