A few things to note! I really like the look of the carport, and it fit perfectly where I needed it to. However, the instructions weren't super clear, and I was sent incorrect parts (missing two very important woods pieces for the beams and given extra of other pieces). I ended up having to improvise and purchase my own wood and extra screws to make everything work. I needed to put up this carport in one weekend since I had help on hand and the weather was okay, so I couldn't wait for the right pieces to be sent by the company. Customer service has been very responsive to my feedback and e-mails. I would recommend this product if you're handy and can improvise on the fly, or if you have time to wait for the right parts to be sent (if you're sent the incorrect parts). It looks great, and my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I'm in New Hampshire, and haven't experienced a snow storm yet, so I can't comment on how it holds up in winter weather. Took about a day and a half with 3 people. Likely could have been completed in one day if all the correct parts had been sent. ... show more

From the very start this company has been great to work with. They’ve answered every question I have asked them. They have been helpful in getting all the five boxes delivered within a short period of time. The size of the carport will give us more room for our car to be better protected from the weather. had some issues with directions not being clear and had to modify some things but at least customer service stepped up and helped make it right by us. Alot sturdier now that we added some extra corner brackets and extra brackets to top cross members

This was a bit of a project. Everything is pre- drilled so when we actually needed to flip the structure to make it level with our driveway, the holes has to be custom created. This is designed to be set up one direction only. Upon getting it constructed we were very disappointed to see the color variations/scratches on the wood. We were not planning to paint or re-stain this. Amazon customer service was GREAT though and offered us a discount considering we weren’t about to take it all down and ship it back! Also we learned after a heavy rain that the roof isn’t completely water proof. We plan to caulk it and see if that works. Overall considering the look and design, we love this carport! ... show more

Roof panels didn't cover edge-to-edge (side-to-side). They were 1/4" short on each side. Also, the spacing of the rafters wasn't clear - they need to be placed precisely at the same intervals as the holes on the roof panels.
