Just like the title says, get ready to sweat in this vest. I have been looking to step up my work out and wanted to find a way that I could perspire a little bit more without having to be outside in the sweltering heat to do so. I usually walk between 3 and 4 miles a day as part of my workout routine, and no matter what the temperature is I don’t seem to work up that much of a sweat. I put this vest on over a regular T-shirt and had a hoodie on during my walk today and it was about 65° out. Normally I wouldn’t really sweat that much with temperatures like that. I didn’t really notice anything different during my walk. Usually if I’m sweating, I can feel it dripping down and notice it on my T-shirt. But this vest conceals so much that you don’t really even notice it. It wasn’t until I reached down the back of my shoulders underneath the vest and realized how much I was perspiring. I looked past all the negative reviews on this in regards to the fit of the vest and took a chance on getting one that is my usual T-shirt size which is XL. The only misleading part of the sizing chart is that my chest size was accurate for an XL but if I chose to go for the waist size that I am (36) it would’ve had me buying a medium vest. I knew that seemed very off, so I just chose to go with what my normal size was. If you have a broad chest and a smaller waist, definitely go for the higher size. I will admit that it felt like I was getting into a wetsuit, and about to go into a dive in the water, but the whole purpose of this vest is to be very snug. there’s no sense in getting something loose fitting because it won’t have the same effect. Someone mentioned making sure that you consume a lot of water, and I will completely back that up. I didn’t realize how much perspiration I gave off until after I took the vest off. I am going to give myself a few days of using this before doing my next weigh-in to see if it helped shed any pounds. But if you’re looking for something to help you increase your workout, this is definitely a good option. The material is very lightweight and is not constricting at all. It might feel that way if it’s very tight, but like I said, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. For the price point it is absolutely worth it.

Ok, first off I want to say this vest is very comfortable and it really keeps you tight and secure. It also doesnt come up while working out like some of the others. I have 2 main issues with this, or I would have given it 5 stars. 1, the edges of the Velcro flap start to curl back over time so even when you put a shirt on you can still see the lip through your shirt. I’m referring to the two straps that go over the stomach area. Maybe if it was completely Velcro it wouldn’t do that but because it has 2 velcro strips, the part that isn’t Velcro starts to curl back.. that’s my first issue. My second issue is that it’s not washer/dryer friendly.. it will get ensnared with anything that you wash it with because of the velcro. I will be buying another soon because it is a good vest, but it's not perfect. best one I've had tho.

This suit makes you sweat like crazy, even during light workouts. It’s snug but stretchy, and the neoprene material helps raise body temperature quickly. Perfect for cutting water weight or adding heat to your cardio. Zipper is strong and doesn’t snag. Washes easily too.

I ordered this because (like most) my sauna belt I use in the gym started shredding up. I originally intended to use this as a sweat vest but was pleasantly surprised by the back and core support this thing provided today! I have a bad back from years of wear from competitive ice hockey. I put it on, jumped on my mountain bike and did 10 miles of mixed mountain trails and pavement today. I was pouring sweat, my back didn’t ache at all, I warmed up faster and actually felt amazing because I literally felt “slimmer” if that makes sense. I’m 6’7” and about 260lbs, athletic build and the xl fits perfect. I typically don’t review items but this vest is quality, the stomach slimmer is heavy duty and it just feels like it will last. Very impressed with it, pleasantly surprised and definitely satisfied with my purchase.

I rarely ever write a comment on a product I've purchased, but I felt I have to on this one. I purchased this product in the beginning part of August. It is now mid September and I have lost over 50 pounds. This is with a better diet plan and workout schedule. I was 332 pounds in June and started my diet, it was a slow process of approx. 2 pounds a week I would loss on a 1200 calorie diet. Then in July I started in the gym and I was averaging weight loss of about 3 pounds more or less. By August I weighed in at 318. That wasn't bad all considering but I still wasn't satisfied. I really wanted to make a difference this time and stop with the dam yo-yo diet. So I heard about these suits and figured "what the hell let me try it out". As you are probably right now, I was skeptic as well. You know they show the guy who looks like he lives at the gym with his abs out. I was like I don't have time to live at the gym anymore, I work 12hr a days with a 3 year old son. Sooo, I purchased it anyway and I saw an immediate difference. It was amazing to see how fast it worked for me. You definitely feel the difference in heat with this thing on, on the targeted areas. I would sweat way much more then on a typical workout. I mean like I just came out the sauna (Go figure). In the first week using this to my surprise I dropped an amazing 7 pounds, just by adding this to my workout routine. It is comfortable, adjustable (strap) and so far has done everything it said it will do. The material is very strong and durable. I will recommend and have recommended this product to other friends and family in my position trying to lose weight. FYI this is not a miracle product, I also changed my diet and eating habits. Use it as another tool to assist you on your weight control, because it definitely has helped me. I am currently weighing in at 274 pounds and feeling great. Since starting this I was at a 48 pants size and now a 44 waist size and added 4 new holes in my belt in a short period of time. I hope this helps you in your decision and hope it works for you as it has for me.
