Used this on our rental house while cleaning before moving in. the previous renters did not clean at all. I don't know if it works yet, but I did squirt it directly on some bugs while I was rubbing on the baseboards, and they appeared to have died. I hope it repells well, time shall tell. The smell is quite strong. We don't move in for a week, and I'm glad because that smell needs to fade a bit before we bring our kids and pets inside. PSA for parrot owners, cedar can damage your pets lungs, so be careful and let your house air out before allowing them in. ... show more

For the past two months or more we have had something in our home biting us at night. Bit is in our bed, guest bed, couch, even the poor baby got a few bites in his crib. I would wake up with 7-10 new bites in the morning that itched like crazy but never did see a single bug. We called Orkin and spent $100 for them to tell us they couldn’t see anything either and then offered a $2000 treatment plan. We were going to bug bomb but have a dog and a cat and a baby and just couldn’t coordinate getting us all out of the house for the event. One night I was watching shark tank and saw this product. I decided it was worth a shot and I am SO glad I did. Sprayed all over couch, mattresses, carpet base boards et…..this was over a week ago …no one in the family has had a single bite since. I had the unfortunate experience with having a flea infestation. No idea how it started. We have a lot of neighborhood feral cats that come onto the property, so I suspect it's from them. My property manager was dragging his feet on calling pest control so I took matters into my own hands and bought this product. After using this spray twice a day for 3 days I noticed a significant decrease in fleas. I saw 3 fleas attach themselves to my socks so I sprayed them and they died instantly. Good to know this doesn't just deter bugs but kills them on contact. I'm still recovering from all the painful bites I've accumulated. This product puts my mind at ease and is allowing me to heal both physically and emotionally. This is not for you if you live in a small/medium spot with little ventilation or use air conditioning continuously. This stuff really stinks and it can take weeks to dissipate. Not really sure if it worked or not. I still see ants, but can’t spray due to smell. If you do decide to use this, spray in the morning and then leave the house for a few hours. BLUF- works and safe on carpets for moths/beetles. I bought this for a few reasons, obviously for pest control but the main reason being to treat my wool carpet that has a moth/carpet beetle infestation. This has definitely helped and I have been treating every week and noticing more and more dead moths and beetles (gross I know!). I have not had any discoloration or damage from this product to the rug either. It is a very strong scent - I do like lemongrass a lot but after treating a 10x14 size rug it’s almost impossible to stay in the room without choking on the smell. With a fan and air purifier it fades after a few hours but I can still smell the lemongrass on the rug. With having a dog in the house and a such a big rug to treat (hard to take outside often as it weighs over 50lbs) this was a great non toxic option. My dog doesn’t really enjoy the scent - I can tell after I spray it she doesn’t like to be on the rug, but the smell is so strong I can’t blame her. It is expensive but it works and seems to go far (I have sprayed my large rug liberally at least 4-5 times and still have some left). I will purchase again for using around the house as well - maybe try another scent to see if I like them better. ... show more

We had terrible fruit flies last summer. I have the UV light with fan. It’s only minimally effective. Had a few of the sprays and they not only don’t work, they stink and the fruit flies laugh at them. THIS one will knock them out of the air and with diligence will eliminate the swarm.
