I got the "A-floral-bz07" fabric, which has streaks of many colors. I love this skirt because it is so versatile. The color balance is such that I can wear any top that matches one of the colors, and it goes well with this skirt. The style of the skirt firs for both casual and formal settings. I find that it looks more formal if I wear a belt with it, casual without the belt. It is light-weight which is nice, but not transparent. I see no reason to wear a slip with it, though I do usually wear leggings under skirts just in case! One of the things I like about this skirt is that the way it joins with the waistband causes it to instantly flare out a bit. As a lady with not much in the way of hips, this gives the illusion that I am more curvy than I am. If I can think of one drawback, it's that there is no drawstring, only elastic. This could result in the skirt slipping down easily if not fitted well. That said, the sizing chart for this product seems accurate. I got the medium with a 30 inch waist, and it fits well enough I don't worry about it. ... show more

However, the skirt arrived with noticeable wrinkles and the pleats were not as crisp as they appeared in the product photos. It may look better after steaming, but it wasn't what I expected when it arrived, so I decided to return it. Cons: the waist band is thick, the skirt is not shaped at the top as pictured where it tapers upwards. It is more just straight up and down, which changes the look to make you look thicker than you are. The double layer is a bit warm to wear outside in summer but great for indoors. The sewing looks good now, but havent washed am and a little worried about how the waistband will hold up. Pros: Wife is 5'7, 148lbs and got a size large. The skirt holds on well without feeling tight at all, can easily bend and move. The pleats are very distinct which is great. Coverage is good with the thick built in under slip, length is nice at mid/high shin. Quality is good for the cost. ... show more

Nice skirt. Summer weight. Mine did come lined. This is a silk like poly fabric. I have not washed it yet. It is unlikey to pill. Long enough to hit me mid-calf on 5' 8". Good with round neck or v- neck t-shirt. Simple summer or fall outfit.
