I love this jacket! We went to Alaska on a cruise so I bought one and discovered was so warm and comfy! Of course it rained quite a bit and kept me super dry! I like the way I was able to bundle up from the wind and elements. The hood and enclosure kept my head dry. I used the large inside zip pocket to carry my phone around so I wouldn't lose it. The coat is really nice, love the color, it's warm, has everything you need, ie his, zippered pockets, lining and it's well made. The problem I'm having is the fit. I bought 2X and it fits fine everywhere except the waist. It tapers and my fat gut gets in the way. I could actually wear it but I wouldn't be able to use my fanny pack or my concealed carry. It's also a bit shorter than I like my tops. It goes to the top of my waist and I like it longer. I'm terribly disappointed because I've been looking for a coat this color. If they had a fatter size like 3X that probably would have been perfect for me. Oh well, I guess I'll keep searching. ... show more

I currently work outside all day and absolutely hate being cold so it needed to be warm but also needed a jacket that was easy enough to move around in, well this jacket is perfect and hit every box and more and I find myself wearing even on days I don’t work it’s just that perfect for me. I’m 5’9 and 130-140ish and have long arms and legs and knew I’d layer as it got colder so I got a large and it perfect for the fit I like, I’m able to fit a superthick Sherpa hoodie under it and I don’t look to overly stuffed in the coat as well as being able to just wear the coat and not as though to be swimming in it, the length in the arms and torso are perfect as well. It is most definitely warm and wind proof as well as being water proof, the front main zipper does stick/snag some at fist but some clear wax on the zipper and it’s had no problems since. The fit was perfect, and it’s so cute! I wore this in big bear as it snowed. And for hours building snowmen. I never felt cold, I actually got a little too warm. It’s VERY snow proof. And the pockets have zippers so my stuff didn’t fall out. Very soft and comfy.
