I am having shoulder surgery in a few months, and needed some front closure bras -- for obvious reasons. I have literally tried 25+ bras in the past few months - both from Amazon and from Nordstrom. Because I mostly wear sports bras, I didn't realize bra sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and none of them actually fit my actual measurements (34DD). Mostly, they were too small. So I tried larger sizes, but that didn't work - most were too large. Part of the issue is I am sort of pear shaped, which means if a bra's band and cup size fit correctly, there's often a gap at the top of the bra. And I am way past the age where a pushup bra is appropriate or comfortable. When these bras arrived, I thought: They won't fit and I'll have to return them. Well, they fit perfectly. I bought an XL, because I've learned that trying to buy something according to my real measurements doesn't work. They are also constructed such that your actual shape doesn't matter. They are gathered a bit near the front closure - which accounts for their more universal fit. But they are not gathered so much that they'd show under a base layer teeshirt. The bras are well constructed and they come with fairly thick pads, which I removed. The fabric is butter soft; they feel really good against the skin. I am very grateful for Amazon's liberal return policy, and for the fact that they feature many brands in the shoulder replacement category. These are definitely a winner.

Finally! After returning several post surgery bras, I took a chance on these, even though I really did not want razorback . I am so glad I did. I am now 42B, which is a hard size to find, but chose the XXL. ( I have been alternating between two Heart and Core post surgical bras I ordered off Amazon, and have been happy with them but was ready to have a semi normal strap, if and when showing from underneath my collars The interim support I will need for 3 months is very good with these bras. Each bra has removable pads that I didn’t care for, but switched out with a slightly thinner pad I had from other sports bras. The round pads inside these bras made the shape a lil but wonky, the ones I switched were more of a rounded triangle . I tried the bras without the pads to see if i would still fit in the cup and surprisingly was good. I placed my pads back inside because I like the extra protection and support for my newly shaped and lifted breast’s,( post surgery 3 weeks) especially while sleeping. The band does not irritate my incisions at all! These will give me time to search for other new bras in a month or so. Very happy with this purchase!!!!

The medium fits me well 5’5” 122 lbs 32D/34C. Bought these after implant exchange. I’m only giving 4 stars b/c the flesh color received looks nothing like the one in the photo. It’s orange and I don’t like the color at all. It won’t wear well under clothes if you want a flesh tone. Kind of sucks b/c I won’t be wearing it at all.

Summary: This is an extremely comfortable bra once the correct size is chosen. And, the price is a great value for a pack of 2-3 bras. Overall I'm very pleased and will order again in future. Edited two days later to report success: The XXL that I ordered arrived and it is perfect for me. The band is not too tight, the cups are appropriately sized and the zipper works flawlessly. Now I know, size was the issue. The shoulder straps are a little bit loose, but that's probably because I don't carry much weight in my shoulders. A bit of simple sewing can easily solve that minor issue, and the strap size may be perfect for others. The bras are supportive enough for any light exercise or day to day activies. Trust the size chart, not your usual bra size, and it should work out. If the band size is too tight, just return the bra and order a bigger size. Edited one day later to add: I wore the reviewed bra for several hours and noticed it was less constricting after a while. Today when I put it on again, it was MUCH easier to zip the zipper and I assume it is because the band must have stretched during yesterday's wear. It still rolls up, but it doesn't hurt me today. So, I've added a 4th star now. If it almost fits, perhaps give it a day or two to stretch because that's what it seems to need. I have XXL on the way and will see if that is a better choice without the need to stretch it for comfort. First day impression: So far, I've tried one of this set so the review is based on that one. Straight out of the package, the bra seems well constructed of good, sturdy material. The cups fit fairly well, but the bra won't tack at all so the cups or the band, maybe both, are probably too small for me. The zipper seems like it will last, but I've only used the zipper once, today. The trouble for me with this bra, and the reasons it only received 3 stars at first, are the ease of zipping and the band size. The zipper is very difficult if the wrong size bra is ordered. I think the difficulty is because the band size is extremely tight if ordered in the wrong size. This first bra is an XL. Bottom line - use the size chart to order based on your actual measurements, NOT your usual size because the bra doesn't seem to be created with US sizes in mind. So, I am returning one XL pack and buying an XXL. If that still doesn't fit, I will return those too and order an XXXL because I need bras which zip in the front and these are the best value I could find.
