This is the only sports bra that I can find that I like. It has a little give so it’s comfortable for everyday wear (going to class or to work). It also has enough support to workout in. Being in college, this is the perfect sports bra because I can head straight to the gym without the need for an outfit change at the end of the day because it offers enough support for running while enough comfort for all day use. For those of you wondering what the support and coverage is like with this bra..... I’m a runner and a size C cup and this bra provides more than just medium support for me. I think if you were larger busted, D cups size on up, then this would fall under the medium support category and things might get a little crowded for you. I like this bra style, because it has more coverage in the back. I also like where the shoulder straps are placed. And the dry-fit that Nike makes is hard to beat. This sports bra really meet my needs. I am beginning to exercise again after a long break and maybe the sport bras I previously own were not well made; but this bra for me is now my new standard for fit and comfort. I bought a size large, (my bra size is a 36C) and it provided good and very comfortable support. Mainly I have been running on the treadmill for about 30 min. I start to sweat profusely about 15 min into the run. My favorite quality is that this bra actually stays very fresh.
