This coat is plenty for where I live in the US. There's always a good 4-8 week period where it gets cold enough to need a coat. And not just cold, but the wind chill is biting. So I wanted something that would specifically help break the wind up. It's light weight and comfortable in that it doesn't feel overbearing. It feels the same when driving. I've had coats that bunch up when sitting down. The overall quality is nice, though the inside "sherpa" part feels underwhelming. It would be great if there was a way to unzip that part from the rest of the coat. So far, the zipper hasn't gotten caught on itself. Even if it did, that's just to be expected with any jacket or backpack. Pockets are deep, though as a general rule I don't use jacket pockets unless it's a quick in and out of the store. Overall a good coat for the price. It's not a hardcore jacket for extremely colder areas, but will suffice for most cold seasons altogether. ... show more
