I Love everything about this North Face Down Jacket, from the design, lovely mustard color with 4 pockets in the front alone, two zippered on the sides that are very deep to keep your hands warm or place phone, keys, etc..securely in them. There are also two ample size front pockets that have snaps to store items securely so you can still keep your hands warm in the side pockets. I ordered a Large because I am a Medium in tops, with a very short torso, long legs, 43” hips and a size 12 pants, but it just hangs on me and the sleeves are too long. If I size down it will not allow room underneath and will defiantly not hang properly over my over hips, so it must be returned. Two years ago I got this coat in yellow. It's beautiful and so warm. I needed to size up this year so I came back and got it in green. Best decision ever!! It keeps me warm but it also looks so cute on! Fits true to size! If you're looking for the perfect winter coat look no further!

The coat arrived, obviously used. There was hair and clothing particles in the Velcro portions of the jacket. Nothing was zipped. There were two cough chops in one pocket, and the fur hood was obviously put through the dryer. Totally disgusting.!!
