I wear it from and to work and don’t even feel it whatsoever. It helps me from slouching or ruining my posture over time. I got it in a size medium and didn’t have to use the straps to change the fitting although it’s a wonderful attachment to the posture corrector for anyone who might have issues fitting in it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a really good posture corrector!

Seems like really good quality. The material is soft and stretchy, and the velcro has good grip. The instruction manual that came with it is clearly written with good illustrations.

I think the waist support that this model offers is most effective than the simple shoulder strap posture correctors. There is breathable mesh material on the back for comfort. The straps do make adjusting easier and the color is actually quite nice!

I normally have good posture but throughout the day often don’t realize that I might be hunching over while chopping food and cooking, washing dishes, cleaning and even doing other tasks like folding laundry and giving myself a manicure. This brace is really helpful as a reminder to straighten out my back during these tasks because previously I would have a neck ache by the time I was done. It is actually very comfortable, super soft material with great structure, removable boning inside and outside, adjustable straps that run along the shoulders and around the sides as well as the mid section. Working for various heights including petite people and various weight classes.
