    • Great Boot but run a little big.

I received these today and immediately put them on and they are nice Boots. I left for the Grocery Store and walked for a while and the Leather breaks in fairly fast and start to become more comfortable. I wear a 12 tennis shoe and ordered an 11m in these and they are still a bit loose but just fine with a thicker sock and almost wish I would have ordered a 10 1/2 and stretched them a little bit the 11 is just fine. There is very little arch which is just fine with me. I tried on these exact pair in size 11 at Super Shoes and they were REALLY snug so that’s why I ordered an 11 but after receiving these they are different by about 3/8’s to 1/2 an inch in length. I’m not sure why if these are factory seconds or what but it’s easier to stretch a Boot to get it to fit perfectly than to add socks, the Boot will never quite feel like you want it to. I own several Leather Boots and know how they should fit right outta the Box, nice and snug with a tiny bit of heel slippage and that’s about what these are doing so maybe I’ll keep these. I got them half price also like new from the Warehouse with tags still on them. Great Boots and yes 100% Leather!!! Semper Fidelis UPDATE ON SECOND DAY These are great Boots but plan on getting different Insoles shipped with them if you order, I removed and replaced the thinnest hardest foam POS I’ve ever seen in a Boot with the Insoles from a pair of ASICS sneakers I have and I like my Wolverines again. I’m not Joking the insoles are garbage and I’m sending a picture to Wolverine right after this and ask them how freaking dare they sell these. Used them for a wedding and then gave them to my little brother who's more cowboy than me. Fit was a little bigger than expected I'd recommend going a little smaller and breaking them in to fit looser.

For what I bought these for, they would have been PERFECT! I bought em for a really good Amazon deal to wear during the summer because they are super light and from what I've heard, super comfy. A week after I bought, em my job told me I have to wear lace ups now. So now they will be my off work boots. I did buy em a size smaller than I usually wear, going off all the reviews. But they are light and comfy. A little stiff out of the box, but once they break in they will be fine. Great price for a decent boot. ... show more

The sizing is off. I’m a 10.5 in all my boots but these I fit a 9.5. Aside from that, the quality and comfort is great. They look good on my feet. I’m happy with them.

I love Ariat so much.. However I wanted a work that was comfortable without spending $170 I got these boots at $105 And they are well worth the money. If they were priced higher than $120, I would have spent the extra to go Ariat. Never owned Wolverine pretty impressed so far.

My son has been searching for these type of boots, in store, for months. I finally convinced him to try them from Amazon and he couldn’t be happier. Exactly as expected and wanted but for a better price. 5/20 Just wanted to add an update so people can make an informed decision before buying. These boots are not worth the money you pay! I originally gave these a 5 star rating, however, we had to have these boots replaced TWICE! First time was maybe 2 months in and the leather started separating from the base. We contacted Amazon, who then directed us to Wolverine. They immediately had us take pictures and send it to them and they asked us to pick out 3 replacement boots w/sizes so they could send replacement (they ask for 3 just in case first choice(s) aren’t available), but before they send them out, you have to cut the boots to make them unwearable and send those pictures in so they know you have destroyed them. The whole process was fairly quick, so for that, I gave the 1 star because customer service was quick to address and replace them. However, the second pair of boots did basically the same thing and that was just a few weeks after replacements arrived. I understand the possibility of 1 defective pair but 2?!? Nope! That’s just poor workmanship and that’s a shame! Spending $100 on a pair of boots should guarantee you some sort of quality! My husband buys his work boots at Walmart for about $40 and yes, he does have to replace them every 6-8 months but I would expect that for the price. I do NOT accept that for $100 boots that don’t even last for 2 months! Plus, my husband’s boots need to be replaced because the soles wear out, not because they come apart! I would NEVER buy another Wolverine product! ... show more

I'm not a fan of "western" style boots, and have only worn a pair of "cowboy boots" once and hated them. I got these because My daughter's wedding is "Country" themed and the men in the wedding party all need to wear square toe cowboy boots. I ordered these a couple months ago tried them on and they fit, now they've been in the closet for a few months. Coming up on the wedding date, and time to wear them a bit to break them in. So far, they're pretty comfortable - not that I'm actually wearing them as work boots at this point. The plan is that after the wedding, they will become yard shoes and be used for work around our property. I'm still a lace-up work boot guy, but will see how these hold up - the selling point for me is that I don't have to tie or untie them when I take them off to go in the house, pull on and pull off. Will update next spring after they see some mud and snow here in upstate NY Update: treated with mink oil, handled Upstate NY winter just fine. Well broken in now, wearing them pretty much every day October into May and am glad to have them. Would wear them all summer, except my wife would disown me if she catches me in shorts with cowboy boots lol. I'll wear them whenever I'm wearing jeans. Comfortable durable work boots.
