I've been wearing Wolverines for at least 25 yrs. I've spent 35 yrs. on concrete and have not found anything as comfortable as these. I particularly like the durashock soles. I have just recently started to buy the steel toe model, and the comfort level is exactly the same. I have even bought a second pair before( not in steel toed) to work around the house and in the yard just because of the comfort . I have noticed that even after a 10 to 12 hour shift on occasion , my feet are still comfortable. I've tried other brands such as Red Wings, Catipillar, etc. and have discovered that I just waisted my money. I've even throwed them away after a couple of months because I could not get home fast enough to get them off because my feet and legs hurt so bad. I purchased the other brands before because I could not find the Wolverines in stores that I wanted, especially in my size(14D) until I discovered Amazon. The durashock sole also is easy on the knees and hips and after wearing them for awhile you WILL tell the difference. The other thing I love about these boots is that there is no break-in period . They are comfortable from day 1. You can get this model boot with or without steel toes. You don't even have to order a size bigger because of the steel toes as you might have to with the other brands.Thumbs up to Wolverine and to Amazon. Don't waist your time driving around and using your gas to shop for boots. Amazon has saved me lots over the years.

My husband has been wearing this brand of boot for years ( 15 years ). I also keep a pair on hand when he needs a new pair and this is about every four to six months. This last pair we bought fell apart within two weeks of him wearing them. The sole separated from the bottom. Since I had them for several months we could not return them.

My favorite and most comfortable work boots of all time. Every time I've tried a different boot during the past 20 - 30 years or so I'm disappointed and return to once again purchase these high quality Chinese made boots. I've paid big money for American made boots multiple times, but I just cannot find a pair that is comfortable enough for me to work in all day. I'll wear them a couple of weeks trying to break them in, then wear them once a week when I think I may have an easy day on my feet, and even wear them around the house on weekends, but the expensive USA made boots remain almost unworn and brand new looking in the closet until I eventually donate them to a charity.

This is at least my fifth pair of Wolverine Durashock work boots. However it is my first pair with steel toes. I’m retired and do not need a steel toed boot but the price was discounted so much that I bought a pair. I honestly can’t feel any difference between the plain toe and steel toe boots. The fit, comfort and quality all seem to be what I have become accustomed to and I am once again very satisfied.

My husband ordered these. This is the work boot he has wore for years. The dura shock is absolutely the most comfortable boot ever. On your feet alot usually he dosent get steel toed. If your on your feet alot this is the boot for you!
