Received March 10th wrong size was sent an “Extra Wide I stead of W” it’s now been 3 months and the slip resistant sole is coming off. Reached out and they replaced them for the original price of the boot (not the sale price). Excellent customer service. 6 months in of wearing 12hrs a day, 6 days a week and these are holding up awesome. No leaks or splits and pretty tough. Just replace the inserts with gel ones

Don’t waste your money. I’ve worn these boots for 3 months and the lining of both boots has completely ripped out. Used to love Wolverine boots but I guess they stopped caring about quality products.

I received a defective pair of boots. The pull up strap broke off the second time I wore them withing two weeks of receiving these boots . . . however . . . I'm giving this item and boot company five stars because they replaced these defective boots within 3 days once I input on Amazon that they were a defective pair. Amazon is great and this boot company really takes care of their customers. I'll continue to buy this brand as long as they do this. I purchased these in size 11M which is what I wear in Red wing boots or Ariat boots to my surprise they were way too big. I ended up exchanging them for a size 10M and they fit perfect even with thick work socks they are comfortable and soft shouldn't take more than a day to break in. They look good and for the price you can't beat it, hopefully they last at least 6 months. ... show more
