I love the loose toe box. I purchase these to replace 3 pair of sole delaminated Keen work boots. I have worn Keen's for over 25 years for their large toe box, but they seem to have cheapened the sole assembly process. I tried on many boots without adequate toe box fit. I have worn these boots everyday for farm / ranch use, and so far they are working great, and the sewn on welt soles is much better for durability. These boots have kept their upper leather flexibility, and have not dried out in weeks of dry desert dust. I have done lots of kneeling to lay trenched piping and to connect irrigation fittings. So far, there has been no leather cracking, scuffing, or delamination and the leather toes have been coated in mud, but after hosing off the mud, the leather is still supple, the dye has not faded, and the leather still looks new. ... show more

Just got them and so far so good! I would go down a half size than your normal. I usually wear an 11.5 - 12 wide depending on the brand, and I got an 11 on these bc Iv seen other reviews saying they run a little big. I went the half size down and did an 11 and didn’t order them wide either and they fit perfectly ... show more

My partner had bought boots from another company around the same price and a few months later the sole ripped off, and he complained about his feet hurting horribly. As a construction worker on their feet all day, it’s imperative to have comfortable shoes and support. One of his coworkers suggested these and reluctantly we purchased, unsure if these would be any different. They looked more fashionable than the supportive, comfortable lasting boots we were in search of. When they arrived, he immediately put them on and was amazed at how they felt on his feet. Seems like a nice boot but I sent them back because the toe box is very roomy and my feet did not need so much room. I could not tighten the laces enough to make them fit. However, if you like a roomy toe box, these boots are for you. I also noticed that the price has gone up a lot in the past two years. I don't think they are worth full price at current prices. You can sometimes find a "like new" item at Amazon Warehouse for a lot less money. I would say overall the space inside the boot is very roomy, and the length is slightly longer than normal. I usually wear an 11 but might only need a 10.5 in this boot. ... show more

Switched my previous work boot for these. Let me tell you these are light adjust to your feet feet quite smooth. My job don’t required Steal Toe and Wolverines compare to the other brand were the best choice by far.
