I first wrote a review and indicated that I didn't think these bulbs were as good as the last time I purchased them. I also reached out to the company and passed along that same information. They recommended that I check the acrylic of my bed, as it needs replaced periodically. With my bed being used only for personal use, I didn't think this would be necessary, but thought I would try replacing it. To my surprise, they were correct. Had a bulb never work and the company gave me the run around even after I followed all there testing procedures and verified all bed functions were correct. Now they are not answering any more messages

I received my bulbs and sadly two were broke in shipping, I contacted the seller and they quickly sent out the replacements which I’ve already received! much better than my old bulbs. they don't get as hot as new bulbs in a tanning salon but perhaps that's because I only have a 16 bulb bed. Overall I'm happy and have a very nice tan. :)
