The sound bar works well and the sound is very good. The one star subtraction was for no indicator light when it is on. If more then one person is using it, they come into the room and look but see nothing. So the impulse is to turn it on with the one power on/off button. If it was on, you turn it off. It displays the word OFF briefly. And if someone watches TV and forgets to turn it off, you donโ€™t know if it is ON or OFF. But the simplicity and sound make it a decent sound bar. ... show more

Sound Bars vary enormously with so many out there from $25 to several hundreds of dollars, I went with this one because it met my immediate needs nicely. I didn't want a separate subwoofer and I wasn't looking for a "Home Theater/Surround Sound" solution, just something to improve the sound from the TV speakers and especially make the spoken word more intelligible. I also liked the fact that it had multiple inputs that would be of significant importance in expanding our home entertainment equipment instead of the traditional "Home Theater" equipment that I got rid of a long time ago. . Only problem is when I switch toany of the "APPS" (Netflix, HBOMAX, Amazon Prime, etc) installed on the TV (Samsung UN65MU6500) with either Optical or HDMI arc it just buzzes extremely loud and won't play the sound from the channel, I tried multiple ways and was not able to use it on anything, but the sound from the regular TV output, I was very disappointed, that was one on the main reasons I bought it in the first place. This sound bar has almost met all my needs, the sound from the TV is so much more intelligible and clear. Movies and music based shows are much better as well, I am using the input of HDMI (ARC) and that is working out great, it turns on with the TV (or maybe stays on all the time) and the regular TV remote adjusts its volume without needing its remote control. I use its remote occasionally to change the "tone" for different programs and shows to get a fuller or clearer sound to my needs and it's working out really well. I also have the "Optical" connected and the "Bluetooth" to my laptop and phone to use for music only ... show more

I had an issue with the volume on my unit. The customer service team was so helpful with this and they went above & beyond what I would expect from any company to resolve this. When I am ready to buy any product of this type again I will definitely be looking at this company first! Iโ€™m serious they made sure that I was definitely satisfied. Through email & such they were very helpful & thorough to resolve any issues. Here is my original review of the sound barโ€ฆ Easy to use and install. Bluetooth was so easy to connect with my Firestick. Problem is that when turning up the volume from 1,2,3&4 is pretty within range. But if you hit 5,6,7 & so onโ€ฆ Well it blows your ears out! Glad itโ€™s working with the Firestick and the remote together. But this volume is ridiculous! I again thank you for all your help & support. PR ... show more

Had to return this. Wouldn't sync with my TCL Roku TV which, it turns out, only accepts their own Bluetooth. But looked well made and sturdy. Good instructions and all the hookups one should need.
