This is a very good back brace,/posture corrector. The instructions are very clear, and it is easy to get into and make adjustments. The overall quality is excellent , and you will find this to be comfortable given what the purpose of this is. It does help with pain however you may have to start with a small amount of wear time and work toward maximum tolerance. I highly recommend this brace!
